Finally (Lapidot Sequel to Anxiety)

The party (Part 1)

Peirdot's POV

I was pulling up to Amethyst and Pearl's house. I decided I would park closer to there house because I knew them well enough. I drove up and parked my motorcycle (yes I know getting a motorcycle is not like me but a lot has changed in the past years) at the end of there driveway. I got off and took off my helmet. I came to there house early so we could give each other our costumes. I turned back around and grabbed Pearls costume from the back of my bike. I still could not wait to see Amy's reaction when I give this to pearl. A slutty cop costume was sure to make Amy angry at me or aroused.

I chuckled at my own thoughts and started to walk up the driveway to there door. Before I knocked on the door I looked at what I was wearing. Black jeans, grey shirt, Leather jacket with hood and pins, dogtags and my black combat boots. I replaced my glasses with my tinted green visor. I guess I looked like a badass but I can't really say. I looked back up and knocked on the door. A few seconds later Amy answered the door. "Hey P-Dog! Come in Come in!" Amethyst said. I followed her into the place that was basically my second home. "I see you went full out Peridot tonight." She said. 

I nodded and placed my helmet down onto her couch. I will move that someplace safe before the party. I saw Pearl come out holding two costume bags. "Why hello Peridot." I heard her say as she sat down on the couch. Amy sat next to her and I sat on the armchair. "Anyways... I see you have my girlfriends costume." Amy said trying to be chill. " Why don't we all see out costumes at the same time." I said smirking. I Amethyst gave me a weird look. "Ugh fine." she said.

We all handed out all each other our costumes. I can't lie I was kinda dreading what Amethyst gave me. "Ok. In three... two... One!" Amethyst said with a grin. I waited to open mine because I wanted to see there reactions.Pearl looked at hers in shock and horror and I could not help but let out a snort. I leaned over to see what Amethyst got from her girlfriend. I saw a picture of a slutty explorer outfit. I let out another snort and Amethyst glared at me. "I would't be to happy if I were you." Amy said in a annoyed voice. I stopped and looked down at my bag.

I gulped and reached my hand in and took out a piece of cloth. I unfolded it slowly and looked at it. I was shocked at what I saw. It was a black one piece costume that kinda looked like the playboy bunny but one difference. It had a wolf ear headband and a tail but the worst part... the leash.

~Time skip to before party~

I was standing in the bathroom looking at myself through the mirror. I could not believe I was going to do this. I was wearing the costume but with my dogtags. I made a deal with Amy so I could wear my dogtags instead of the leash and she reluctantly agreed. At this point I could hear People start to fill into the house. This could ether go two ways. One, I have a fun time and don't regret anything and Two, I lose all my self esteem that I lost awhile ago. Though I know I have one backup plan. If this gets to crazy I would just smoke a cigarette alone on the roof. Sad but true.
