Skill 2: Harpoon Strike- Launch a Harpoon missile at a target(Mostly bosses) dealing massive damage. 10 second cooldown

Skill 3: No Man's Sky- Increase Oceanic and his ally anti-air stats by % for 7 seconds. Afterwards, Oceanic sends out a cluster missile dealing AOE damage along with taking out any aircraft. 8 second cooldown
