(She is two sides of the same coyne.

She can go back and forth from her two powers from, Reaper form to Angel form.

Her Reaper form has a scythe that can reap anything in her way and she's also equipped with black wings that acts like a shield protecting her from anything and everything that can harm her.

And when in her angel form she has white wings that can shoot feathers like darts and can create any elements she wants.

She can also heal her self and others with them, embracing them within it.

She can also levitate things like her mom Inko Midoriya).
