Forever and Always

Chapter 6

Taehyung waked into his dorm room that he shared with Yoongi and Jimin, expecting to find the latter buried in books studying for the upcoming exams, but instead found his roommate snuggling under the covers with Taehyung's soon to be brother-in-law. They were whispering in each others' ears, clearly having not heard Taehyung come in.

"Jimin, shouldn't you be studying?" Taehyung asked, humor in his deep voice, chuckling a little when his roommate and soon to be brother-in-law turned wide eyes in his direction. "Why do you two look so surprised? I already knew Jungkook was over here and Jimin, being the sweet little cuddly koala he is, would definitely at least try to cuddle with Jungkook since neither Yoongi nor myself have been available for that."

Jimin and Jungkook exchanged a look that Taehyung couldn't quite understand before the pinkette got up and got out his notebook and textbook, setting about studying. Taehyung sat down next to Jimin and was about to start chatting, when the pinkette said something that just about gave him a heart attack.

"Could you pass me my eraser babe?" Jimin asked Jungkook so nonchalantly that it made Taehyung start choking on his own saliva.

"Sure." Jungkook replied, handing the requested item to the elder, not even fazed by the new pet name.

Taehyung wasn't even going to try hiding it, he openly gawked at them, mouth agape, eyes bulging out of their sockets. Never in  a million years would he have thought that Jimin, the boy who'd been his best friend since childhood, would be in the sort of relationship that was strictly forbidden between nonsoulmates, and with Jin's little brother no less. The scandalous two had yet to realize their slip up, they just gave Taehyung a confused look.

"What's wrong Tae Tae?" Jimin asked innocently, subtly inching closer to Jungkook, the ravenette doing the same.

"You're kidding right?" At this Jimin gave Taehyung another confused look. "You two are in  a forbidden relationship, and just think about how selfish you two are being, sure you may be getting a little pleasures now but what about when you meet your soulmates and you completely break their hearts?!" By the end of Taehyung's little rant, Jungkook was lying on the floor laughing his ass off. "What? What's so funny?"

"Two *wheeze* two things," Jungkook began to answer, wheezing and gasping for air while trying to catch his breath. "Two things, one my brother has really started rubbing off on you, and two the fact that Jimin and I are in fact soulmates. God, V hyung if you could have seen your face when we 'slipped up'." Jungkook started laughing again at the sight of Taehyung's confused face. He quickly looked at Jimin for confirmation.

"It's true. Though don't tell anyone, Kookie wants to go around tricking everyone *sighs*" Jimin said.

"Alright I won't tell anyone but… I want in on it too, I can even put together ways to trick others, deal?"

Jungkook nodded, "deal. Yoongi knows, it's just my brother, Hoseok and Namjoon that we need to fool, any ideas?"

"Hmmmm…" Taehyung thought for a minute before an invisible lightbulb apeared above his head and a mischievous grin appeared on his face, "I might have a couple."

And the three of them plotted ways to get into trouble for the rest of the day and well into the night.
