Maybe I was lost before,
Searching for the right track but I was nowhere to be found,
They looked me in the eyes,
They said I have lost myself,
And they're standing in front of someone else.

I feel so tired carrying books of law,
No one believes me more than my own shadow,
And everywhere I go,
People will keep looking at me with their weirdest stares.

I wrote few pages of how I ran towards my goals,
I cried in the end because I can longer see myself in me,
I went into a broken castle,
It took me years to realise that I fought hard for being accepted,
I sold myself,
I exchanged my identity,
I followed every step,
I listened too much on their complaints about me,
I cared too much about what they said,
Then I turned myself into someone else,
Just so that people will like me.
