"What do you think you're doing!?" The principal continued

"Sir... I don't want to be just a singer or a dancer, I want to do both, I don't want to be pigeonholed into something I know I wouldn't feel comfortable doing for the next three years here, and I know multiple students feel the same" Kenneth said unconsciously into the microphone so that everyone could hear "actors should be able to learn how to sing, singers should learn how dancer, dancers should be able to learn how to act" saying the last one with his eyes on Bailey who smiled at him

"Yeah!" Josh started as a bunch of other agrees and yesses were heard

"These are the years where we should be able to experiment with other areas, otherwise what your doing isn't promoting growth but rigidity," Kenneth said

"... You're right" the principal said

"I am?" Kenneth said surprised to hear that

"In all honesty ever since Mr. Lew came to us last year with his request we've been trying to find a new way to schedule and grow our program here," the principal said "And I think students have been afraid to rebel a little to show that students can be multi-talented, but your performance has opened the eyes of myself and many members of our faculty"

"So... That means," Kenneth said

"We will from now on be changing the schedule to allow flexibility," the principal said as everyone cheered even Bailey rushed on stage to hug Kenneth because of the victory

"That's good," Kenneth said feeling way calmer

"Oh but Mr. San Jose for your ID we still need to have you choose just one, that wasn't because of the rules but the title line can only fit a certain amount of characters so having singer-dancer is too much," the principal said "So you must still pick one, for now, that was the reason why I came out here to get you to fix your form since we knew you were performing today"

"Oh okay... I guess I'll pick-"

Next week

School dance

"I can't believe you never found a date," Sean said

"Not all of us has a childhood best friend to rely on," Josh said as Charlize stuck her tongue out at him 😝

"Well I'm just happy that after what happened last week, we still get to have our dance" Bailey said

"Yeah the new changes should take place next week so this is our last week before stuff changes," Charlize said "Let's make the most of it"

"Agreed," Kenneth said as they walked into the school gym where the school dance was being held by showing the teacher their ID for approval

"I'm still upset you picked Singer for your ID" Sean said

"Why did you end up picking it anyway?" Josh said

"To spite Sean," Kenneth said

"Wow," Sean said

"Petty" Bailey said, "I like it!"

"Only when it's not towards you," Charlize said "Well that's over with now"

"Yeah let's dance!" Kenneth said

(I'm thinking of going out of order)

(The order was going to be Kenneth, Bailey, Josh, Kaycee, Sean, and then Charlize)

(But I'm having issues with Bailey and Josh so I might just skip to Kaycee and go back to Bailey and Josh when I'm ready)

(Any thoughts on that?)
