Hoseok's POV
Since Jungkook has a fever and a cold, I gave pdnim a call telling him that Jungkookie is sick with a fever, runny nose, cough and based on the way he was acting this morning, I suspected that he has a headache but he just never told anybody. I also cancelled the flight and thankfully got a refund. I was feeling really bored later in the afternoon so I went to the kitchen which was where Jin hyung was cooking a delicious meal (chicken noodle soup) just the way Jungkook likes it.
"Woah hyung, it smells amazing!" I complimented. Hyung smiles back at me. Then, I was bored again so I wanted to know what's up with kookie. Apparently, he was sleeping so peacefully that anyone would be triggered by his cuteness.
Jungkook's POV
As I woke up from a nap, I felt more heavier for some reason. I also got this pounding feeling in my head. All I wanted was for it to go away because it was just making my cold and fever a lot worse. I tried to call for someone to help, but since my voice was gone, I thought no one heard me. However, Jin hyung did and came running towards my room.
Jin's POV
As I finished cooking, I heard someone's hoarse and croaky voice which was Jungkook's. So, i burst into his room, him looking even paler than before. Luckily, it wasn't an illness that caused him to throw up.
Jungkook's POV
When Jin hyung arrived at my room, I told him how my head was pounding, I felt a little cold and plus my nose was so blocked I couldn't even breathe. Oh and speaking about that, I let out three sneezes. Jin sighed and passed me a tissue. I sneezed like 4 more times. "Aigoo Jungkook-ssi, you look even worse than before. Let's take your temperature." Jin hyung said to me.
He scanned it over my head and read the temperature, "38.4, slightly higher than before. Did taehyung and Yoongi give you the medicines before you slept?"
I just nodded my head. "Well kookie, i cooked some chicken noodle soup for you. Let's get something in your stomach first before you eat your medicine ok?" Jin hyung asked. So I replied ok and even though I really didn't feel like eating with a throat that's on fire, it's not like I was gonna throw it up anyway
Jin's POV
I was glad that I got the sickly one to come to the dining table, where everyone else was sitting, eating their meal. "Hey Jungkookie, did you have a good sleep?" Asked Taehyung.
"The sleep was fine, just that My head hurts now." He replied. I'm not really sure why but I just randomly started stroking and comforting the younger's hair. "Jungkook, your voice sounds more stuffy, you define toy feeling ok?" Asked a somehow very worried Yoongi.
He sniffed in return, "yeah."
Jungkookie sat down and ate his meal slowly, having trouble swallowing it. To my surprise, he still managed to finish the entire bowl! "Woah, are you hungry kookie?" I asked, in a playful tone. The maknae started blushing and nodded, but I guess his little burp indicated that he was full.
Taehyung's POV
During lunch, poor little Jungkook couldn't really swallow at ease, and he kept on breaking into sneezing and coughing fits. However, he still finished the whole bowl (our golden maknae is still golden even when he's sick)! Once he finished, he let out an adorable, small burp that made me chuckle and coo him a little. "Jungkook-ah, what do you want now?" I asked him.
"I think it's time for his medicines. Oh and don't forget to give him some panadol for his fever," Jin hyung interrupted.
"Ok, coming right up!" I said cheerfully. Nowadays, I wanna become a much better hyung for kookie especially when he was sick like this. So, I did my job and got all his medicines. "Jungkookie, it's medicine time!"
This time, it wasn't hard for him to eat it. Which was good. "Hyung I wanna rest on the couch and watch TV. And can you and jiminie also cuddle me?" Little kookie asked. I chuckled and said yes, and so did jiminie hyung.
Jungkook's POV
After the disgusting medicine time, I was finally able to get to watch tv with Taehyung and Jimin. They cuddled on to me and I did so on them. Instantly, I felt a lot more better.
Just not the sneezing and coughing which continued even though I cuddled in tightly with them
