The once blue skies of Fiore were slowly being devoured by the dark grey clouds above. The sounds of lightning and rain roared all through the country. The town of Magnolia was empty, avoiding the weather
While the heavy rain came down a Purple haired girl quickly ran to get out of the rain and quickly ran inside the dark and cold guild hall.
'Did you find anything Laki?" Macao asked slowly walking towards the girl
"Mn..." she shook her head, "I'm sorry, I can't find them"
"I understand...you can go home and rest now. I'm afraid they are too far at this point to find" Macao faked a smile and turned quickly and he slowly walked back to the table he was sitting at with a small flame and began writing on papers again
Laki watched sadly and hung her head with worry in her eyes. She grabbed an umbrella and slowly left the guild hall
"I'll be off" She walked away and Macao took a deep sigh. He felt like he had failed them, as the guild master. He failed to keep them together, he failed to keep them safe. If only he had noticed. If only...
He gripped his fist tightly, "Y/n...Wendy...Please be okay."
At Fuko Island
The small island off the south of Fiore was surrounded by water. Being a small island and only a couple miles across and filled with huge towering trees and dangerous S-Class monsters
It was desolate, with no real cities or towns. With the monsters allowed to roam for hundreds of years without human interference
Y/n slowly walked towards the tall trees and held the S-Class mission paper in her hands. With her fist clenched tightly she could feel the tense and darkness in the air. She knew she had probably hurt Wendy by leaving but this was for all of them.
"I'm sorry Wendy...I love you" She said quietly
Y/n walked through the forest with omminus and spooky sounds ringing in her ears, the trees blocking out almost all the light below and a dark mist creeping through the whole forest.
On the boat ride to the Island she heard about how powerful these monsters were rumored to be. With everyone coming to the island never leaving
With each step she took, she could feel something coming closer and with every step the monsters took she could feel the ground shaking. Then finally she saw the huge four legged monster, looking like a mix between a lion and a bear and it was huge.
"I'll take you all out and make money to save the guild!"
The monster charged towards the young girl and Y/n began to get ready to attack and took a deep breath
"High Speed - Heavenly Kick!" Y/n kicked the monster into the ground putting all of her energy into every single kick and punch
She had gotten stronger with every single mission she had gone on for the past year but she still wasn't as strong as someone like Natsu.
More monster began showing up and she began having to put in even more effort just to fight them.
But she wasn't thinking about that, she was thinking about the guild. She had to make it through this no matter what to save the guild. Although she didn't know how she could face the guild after returning, especially Wendy. She didn't know how she could face Wendy after this and her heart ached at the thought.
