Finally?

"S-s-stop please don't hurt me" was all Izuku said as he was running away from mobs of angry people he got to his safe house "I've been in this universe for what feels like 14 years" Izuku said as he had memories come to him from this universe that he was on autopilot for the last 13 years "Looks like I'm back to when quirks were just starting to show up" he continued talking to no one in particular as he wrote down in his notebook while he was flipping through it he figured out that his new quirk "So from the look of this only see my handwriting but why is that?" He said but he felt as if time was moving backwards but he ignored it but he heard a sound of someone waking up behind him.
"Where am I?" ???? Said but before he could say anything else both of his hands had fire and ice, the ground below him started to float with air pushing it upwards "This is amazing!" ???? Said but then it fell to the ground fast enough to knock him out.
Izuku saw this and picked him up and took him to the nearest house.
"Attention all civilians we have news that a -" a news broadcaster tried to say but he was cut short for some unknown reason.
"What's up with that?" Izuku asked himself but then buildings started to fall due to an exploding power source at the center of the city "crap I have to move!" Izuku yelled as he put the person on his back and started to run he then put him down at a safe spot and looked for one himself.
???? POV
"Hello can you hear me!" Someone asked me "Yeah sort of but I can't see well." I said
"Hold on I have something that can help you" Someone else said as I could feel a needle enter my arm, I could see again but it was still a bit foggy
"Can you see me now? How many fingers am I holding up" he asked again and I saw two blurry fingers
"They look blurry but I believe it's two" I said then I started to see better "hey my sight is back, on another note where am I?" I asked
"Your at twilight city or what's left of it anyways" the guy said sheepishly rubbing the back of his head "So what's your name new guy?" He asked me
"Josh, Josh Jameson" I said that was a lie my name is real but I don't know my last name
"Then hi Josh my name is Scott and behind me is Alexandria or Alex" Scott said to me and smiled
3rd person
Izuku was looking around trying to find Josh but then he heard a familiar name " Then hi Josh my name is Scott" 'Scott the one that is in essence blackmailing me to travel or else my universe is gone no way that he like this at one point!' Izuku thought 'but then again all villains stem from a somewhat good beginning but how did Scott become what he is now'
"Hello there Izuku looking at my past self?" Izuku felt scared a chill went down his spine
"So what of it SCOTT" Izuku said with spite as he looked strait at Scott "How did you become like this, what happened to you!" Izuku asked him looking for an answer that could help him figure out why he did this 

"THE REASON WHY, WHY YOU ASK, ILL SHOW YOU"  Scott yelled angrily at Izuku as they began to teleport to one of his memory of what happened to him before he was lost in the dimension between universes 

"PORTAL ENABLED" was all that Izuku heard as he looked around at the memory "Scott No let go, Not- Not you too Scott we've already lost Alex I don't want to lose you too!" Josh yelled out to his friend  younger Scott looked at him and shook his head as if to signal that he was ready to go where ever the portal would take him "Damn it Scott please no you're the only one I have left *Sobing* YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE THE WORST SCOTT I TRUSTED YOU AND YOU JUST WENT AND BETRAYED US FOR WHAT FOR LOVE, SCOTT YOU KNEW DAMN WELL SHE NEVER LOVED YOU" Josh said as he started hitting the wall of glass that separated him and Scott  " PORTAL COMPLETED TEST SUBJECT PLEASE ENTER" 

"Josh this is goodbye for good, I'll say hi to Alex for you" younger Scott said as he held a gun to his head shot it and fell into the portal. Josh yelled at the sight of his friends death and Josh was yet again left alone in the world for the second time.

"B-b-b-but how did you survive!" Izuku asked 

"Turns out in the place between worlds the longer I stay in it the longer i can live out side of it but my time is almost up so any last questions for me" Scott said as he sat down 

"Why did you do all of this?" Izuku asked as Scott looked off into the distance "It might have been that my insanity of being alone for a long time made me go insane and my memories of everything started to get hazy and so I thought I was the person in the right but it looks like my story will be coming to an end soon" Scott said as he smiled for the first time as he started to cough up blood 

"Let me do something nice for you" Izuku said as he opened up a portal for Scott's original Universe before he died "Scott is that you" Josh asked "I'm sorry about what I did all those years ago" Scott said as he started to turn into dust "Looks like i'm running out of lines soon but it was nice seeing you again before I go, just so you know Alex never died she is at Starlight county" Scott said as he was gone with the wind

and with that time started to rewind 

Izuku looked at the clock it said 5:00 AM 'who would be up right now' Izuku thought as he remembered the past time line he opened the door and saw Mei " No i will not help you can you go now please" Izuku said to her as he closed the door but because he did not help her out a new set of challenges where about to start he looked at the corner of his room to see a green Guitar " Looks like everything came back with me" Izuku said as he drifted off to sleep
