"Come on," they said. "It'll be beneficial," they said.
After years and years of discourse, my father and another kingdom's ruler finally came to an agreement.
When their children are of age, they shall marry as a uniting of our kingdoms.
The other king's daughter is an only child along with me. So, we're going to meet, then marry and unite our kingdoms.
I'm not too ecstatic about it.
I don't want to marry someone I just met. And I guarantee she isn't going to be my type.
Mainly because I like men.
The carriage goes over a bump and I almost go flying.
"Why are we doing this again?" I ask.
"Katsuki, you know why." My mom says, her hands folded in her lap and her back straight, looking very polite and lady-like.
"Ugh, you don't even know who I'm gonna be marrying! Why do you get to decide for me?"
"Because," my dad starts. "We need to unite our kingdoms. And who knows. Maybe you'll like 'em." He shrugs. I roll my eyes and scoff.
"Is that all your about? Relationships between kings days away are more important than your son's relationship with you, who's right in front of you."
"Katsuki, hush." My mom says.
"Who knows, maybe we'll go far away where we can marry who we want to and live our lives." I slump down. For once, my mom doesn't scold me for not having 'princely-posture.'

We finally get to the other king's castle. I make a whole show out of coming out of the carriage, then follow my parents inside. A servant leads us to the throne room.
"Ah, King Bakugou!" A man enters the room. We all look at him. "Long time no see, eh?"
They shake hands.
"I see you've brought your boy," the man smiles at me. "I'm sorry, Eijiro's being a bit fussy about this. He's 16, yet is throwing a fit about this."
"Then he'll be perfect for our boy!" My mom smiles, making everyone laugh. Except me. My expression shifts to one of realization.
He? My parents are encouraging me to marry a he? I... could deal with that.
"Well, my boy, if you would like to meet Eijiro and hope he doesn't act like a toddler, he's in the dining room." The king says and points me in the direction. I quickly follow them.
When I get to the dining room, a boy with red hair is slouched in a chair. There's a cute pout on his face.
I clear my throat. He jumps and looks to me. "Who are you?" He asks. I stroll to his side and sit down in the seat next to him.
"Your future husband." I do jazz hands. "Yayyyyyyyy."
He breaths a sigh of relief. "I thought you were a girl!"
"So did I." I look around. "So, wait, you like men too?"
"Yeah. Y-You too?"
"'S why I said 'too,' idiot!" I smack him upside the head. He laughs. He has a cute laugh. I could live my life hearing that everyday.
"Maybe this isn't so bad at all." Eijiro sighs.
"Maybe not." I allow myself to smile a little bit. "Hey, what do ya say we go cause chaos across the castle?"
