"Ah! Rise and shine everyone!" A young voice calls out as she stretches. In the Eagle Union headquarters a certain blonde, twintailed carrier is getting ready for the day as her two older sisters slowly follow suit. "Come on Enterprise, wake up!"
"Alright alright, I'm getting up." Enterprise chuckles as Hornet ruffles her snow white hair. "You might wanna get up quick Yorktown, otherwise she's gonna do the same to you."
"She would never." Yorktown, the oldest of the trio, chuckles as she slowly gets out of bed. The three carriers soon leave their shared bedroom, ready for the day, and Hornet decides to stop by the commander's quarters to see if he's up, but when she throws the door open there's no sign of the commander.
"Gooood mo- Hm? That's odd..." Hornet mumbles as she looks at the commander's bed, perfectly made, and the various items in his quarters left untouched. "Did he already get up?"
"He sometimes wakes up earlier than us... But he said he was going to be in his office for a while and wanted nobody to disturb him." Enterprise says.
"I'll go check up on him." Yorktown says as she heads to the commander's office. She gives a few raps to see if the commander will respond, but after a minute the carrier gets no response, and attempts to open the door are futile. "Huh... Surely he would have responded by now..."
"Nothing?" Enterprise asks.
"Nothing at all, and I shouldn't be surprised that he locked the door." Yorktown replies.
"I'll go find Lexington. She's got the keys." Enterprise says as she begins to walk off. "The commander seemed really intent on finishing that giant stack of documents, even without her help."
"It was inevitable." Hornet replies. "After that last battle we got caught up in everyone had to get an early night's rest, but I have a feeling he might have bit off more than he could chew." A few minutes later Enterprise returns, followed by a certain pink haired carrier.
"Miss Lexington, at your service." Lexington says cheerily. "I really hope the commander's alright..." She adds as she unlocks the office door and slowly opens it. "Hello~ Commander? Are you... All... Right..." Lexington goes pale as she looks at the scene before her. "Enterprise... You might wanna call the medics... Like NOW."
