Where did I go wrong?

Chapter 4

After school

So it was after school now (finally). I was walking out of class till I see Ross..... and Heather. Looks like Heather's annoying him. I confidently walk over to them.

Laura: What's going on here?

Ross: Nothing, just that Heather is so annoying

Heather: Well if you would just listen to me

Ross:(looks at her) I'm listening

Heather: Why are you bailing on me?! You know how much I need to get an A on this!

Ross: I know and you're doing super well to but I want a day off, please

Heather: But--

Ross:(Groans) Ah! Come on Laur, let's go

Laura: My stuff

Ross: Oh right (opens her locker grabbing her things putting away her other things and shuts her locker) Let's go (grabs her hand and walks away)

Heather: Ross Shor Lynch!

Ross:(rolls his eyes) Man that girl is annoying

Laura: Welcome to my world

Ross:(smiles weakly)

Laura: You know, you don't have to bail on her

Ross: I know but I want to spend a day with my girl (wraps an arm around her)

Laura:(Smiles) Okay then but now I kind of feel guilty

Ross: Guilty? For her? Remember all those times when she humiliated you, tried to end your life

Laura:(Thinks about it)

As I was thinking about it, Ross was right. All those memories were coming back to me and trust me, there's a lot of those. There's one where she "accidentally" tripped me causing all my lunch to fall on me. And another time when she told me to put the wrong chemicals together which cause me to make a terrible gas that had a miss school for 2 weeks. That was embarrassing but also a good thing bc people kept telling me good job and all. All the memories of her torturing me were back in my mind. That little skunk bag!

Ross: Woah Laur, you alright?

Laura: Yeah why?

Ross: Bc you're face it red and it looks like your gonna explode

Whoops, didn't even notice. I calmed myself down and looked at Ross.

Ross: I guess those memories really got to you

Laura: You have no idea. Anyways, let's go hang out

Ross:(smiles) That's the way I like it

We get in his car and drive out of school grounds.

Laura: So where we going?

Ross: Well I was thinking the music store?

Laura:(smiles) Yes! I've been meaning to get new strings for my guitar

Ross:(smiles sighing)

Laura: What's up with you?

Ross: You don't know how crazy you get me sometimes

Laura:(giggles) Eyes on the road lover boy

Ross:(chuckles doing so)

Once we get to the music store, I could barely contain myself. Ross & I always come here but it's been weeks since we last came here. We walked in hand in hand looking around the place. They got new instruments! Yay! I walked over to their new grand piano. Woah.... this babe is a sure winner.

Ross: This is amazing

Laura: I know right

Ross: Let's go grab your strings then we can play on this

Laura: Okay

We got me new strings along with Ross buying a new amp for himself. I paid for both of them, which Ross wasn't to happy about.

Ross: What was that for?

Laura: What? I was paying

Ross: You didn't have to pay for me

Oh great..... here we go again.

Ross: Laur, that was a lot of money

Laura: I know but it's okay. I have all my sister, mom, dad and grandparents money

Ross: But I want you to save it

Laura: Ross it's fine, really

Ross:(sighs) Can I at least pay you back?

Laura:(shakes her head) Now let's go play that bad boy (Grabs his hand dragging him to the piano)

We played duets together and they sounded incredible, if I do say so myself. Ross & I just click when it comes to music or anything in a matter of fact. He's like my other half :)

After piano playing for what seemed like only 5 minutes but was clearly a half hour, we decided to go to the book store next. Poor Ross, he'll probably get bored just as we walk in. We walked in the book store and I was like in heaven. So many books! I rush to my favourite aisle. They should just say the "Laura aisle" bc I am crazy about these books. I look at Ross and he was just looking bored standing around like a total doof. I giggle, I should probably hurry up.

We were at the arcade which Ross was so happy about. We bought our tokens and played as much games as we possibly could. It was really fun, even though him and I always get tied but it didn't matter, at least I could spend a day with my love <3

Ross:(on his phone)

Laura:(looks at him) Are you serious Ross? There's thousands of games all around us but you would rather play on your phone? For shame

Ross:(chuckles) No, I'm looking at the times for the movies

Laura: Ooh! I want to see! (looks)

Ross: There's big hero 6 at 6:00pm

Laura: What a surprise there -_-

Ross:(chuckles) I know right. There's also Hunger games: mocking jay part 1 at 5:00pm

Laura: And?....

Ross: Dumb and Dumber to at 8:00pm (looks at her) What do you want to go to?

Laura: What do you want to go to?

Ross: Any movie is fine with me

Laura:(thinks) Hmm.....

Ross: Although.... mocking jay part 1 does sound pretty cool

Laura:(giggles) Okay, Mocking jay it is

Ross:(smiles) I love you so much

Laura: Yeah I know, one last game first?

Ross: Sure. Air hockey?

Laura: I am so gonna kick your butt

Ross: I'd like to see you try

Laura: Okay. Loser has to pay for the movies

Ross:(nods) Deal

Laura: Let's do it

Ross: Let's

Ross & Laura:(play air hockey)
