Dracule Mihawk x Shank's Daughter Reader (Part 5)

(Your POV)

You were 8 months in and it honestly gets harder and harder.

Your belly grew alot more than before.

And the fact that you're having twins is just exhausting.

You wake up so often to either pee, throw up, or both.

You toss and turn alot that you were certain that you kept your lover up.

And your loss of appetite had increased dramatically since then.

Mostly because the twins were very picky eaters.

Every time she eats something and they don't like it, she hurls it out.

You felt bad though.

Mihawk would cook for you yet your body refuses to let you enjoy your food.

You wondered if your lover would finally be fed up by it.

But he didn't.

He knew you were going through difficult times and he wanted you to be as comfortable as possible.

You were happy though.

Ever since your father had left that one night he had spent so much time with you.

He already did but now is even more so.

He would constantly rub your back whenever you couldn't get comfortable.

He would give you your favorite tea when he sees you feeling sad.

He would made sure that you weren't in pain or ever alone.

And that is so much more than what you had ever wanted.

One day you were drinking your tea and looking out the window as Mihawk read the paper.

Mihawk- "Shanks will be coming over.."

You looked at him a bit bothered.

You- "Why?"

Mihawk- "He just wants to make sure you're okay."

You- "Can you just take care of that for me like you always do?"

Mihawk sighs.

Mihawk- "I know you are still not in good terms with him, but please try and at least talk to him, he grows worried each time he doesn't see you."

You sighed.

Your father does try to make an attempt to see you but you just lock the door and tell him to go away.

And in all's honest you felt bad because he travels long journeys to go see how his daughter is doing.

But you still hadn't forgave him for what he had said to you.

What are the chances that he still doesn't think that?

But you knew Mihawk is right.

Your father does worry for your safety so the least you could do is try and talk to him.

You- "Okay...when is he coming.."

Before Mihawk could answer they heard loud knocking.

*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK* 

Mihawk then stood up to go answer the door.

You just sighed and waited for him to return. 

Shanks- "Mihawk!! Long time no see!"
