Chapter 5: Rejection

Hey guys I'm back and I'm bored as all hell. But I'm sorry for the wait, let's get into this. Sadly, with the title of this chapter you could guess already what's gonna happen.

Mystogan's POV:

As Erza and I entered my chambers, my stomach began to get all nauseous and nervous. This is the perfect time to confuse my feelings, hopefully it will all go well.

I continued to dry myself off as I kept thinking about what I was gonna say to Erza. Just say it.

"Let's put some cloths on you king, what do you wanna wear today?" She asked as she was looking through my wardrobe.

"Nothing.." I mumbled quietly.

"Huh, what did you say?" She questioned.

"Oh, um, I got it. You can just sit and relax on my bed, I'll go get dressed really quickly." I said.

I quickly went through my wardrobe and quickly picked out something and entered my closet and got dressed.

After getting dressed as fast as I could, I ran out of the closet looking like a complete mess. With me looking like a mess sadly. It made Erza look at me funny.

"Seriously king you can't even get dressed right?"

"Oh, I'm sorry. I just...."

She sighed and walked towards me as she begin to adjust my outfit, and fix the collar around my neck.

I stayed silent as she was fixing my attire.

My mind is going crazy with what I'm about to say. I just need to remember to take a deep breath and finally tell her the truth on why I wanted her as my personal guard, so I can reveal that I have feelings for her.

She soon finished fixing my outfits and then she raised her hands up and fixed my hair slightly.

"You need a haircut soon, your hair is falling onto your eyes."

"Oh right, I should get that done soon."

"Alright now you look so much more decent."

"Thank you captain." I blushed slightly as she removed her hands off of me.

"Alright now, I believe work to do in your office right?" She question.

"Oh I do but I have to tell you something first before we go." I said.

"Alright what is it? You didn't do anything bad did you?" She asked.

"No, I haven't done anything bad." I said.

"Aw, don't worry one day you'll do something bad that will deserve punishment." She whispered.

I blushed, as I scratch the back of my head and thought about being punished. I wonder if she will give me the punishments that I would love.

"Well, I just need to talk to you about something that I've been meaning to tell you but I'm nervous to say." I said nervously.

"Alright say it then."

Well, I......" I couldn't continue talking as I felt so nervous. I couldn't speak. Just say those three little words. I begin to play with my fingers as I was trying to gain some courage to tell her.

Erza sighed loudly as she rolled her eyes and yelled out.

"For fucks sakes, king! Just spit it out already, we don't have all day here!" She yelled out.

After she yelled at me. I am immediately lost control and grabbed her by the back of the head and covered her lips with mine.

I kissed her gently as I ran my fingers through her gorgeous hair. I tilted my head and gain more access as I licked the bottom of her mouth begging for permission to enter.

However, I punched in the face and was slammed against my desk as I fell to the ground. My nose began to bleed.

I looked up completely shocked as Erza was wiping her lips with her arm.

"Om, what the bloody hell was that king? Why did you just kiss me??" She yelled.

"I, I, I... couldn't tell you it, and I thought I'll show you it." I mumbled as tears were threatening to fall out of my eyes.

"Oh. Show me that you kiss horribly."

"No, that I have feelings for you, and I couldn't say it. So, I thought I'd show you and I'll understand." I explained.

"I knew it, the whole reason why you wanted to have me as your bodyguard was for you could play around with me and use me. Of course, why else would you want me?"

"I just told you that I like you and that I want us to be more then friends." I cried out.

"Friends?! We were never friends to begin with. What makes you think that I'll ever have any feeling for you, then looking at you with disgust?"

"Well, I just thought we could..."

"Shut up, king. You absolutely disgusts me in every single way shape or form. Me and you will never be a thing. You should tell the council to assign you a different bodyguard."

And with that she left the room leaving me alone on the ground.

There was a giant lump in my throat as I finally broke down crying. My heart has been shattered into a million pieces.

I sobbed out as I thought to myself that I'll never find true love, who actually loves me for me.

Oh Erza. I wish I was the man that you deserve.
