It's been about 5 hours since the first monster that i killed, and i grinded my physical stats and practiced with my bat and now i am

I gained my high Str with practicing with my bat and swinging as hard as i can and it increased it a lot

Vit is how fast and how long I can go so by doing so many hard swings without a break helped.
