sleeping spots

there are many places where a person would sleep 

a bed 

a couch 

even the floor 

but on the top of the fridge was not one that came to mind 

one night  kiminari and sero were planning to have a late-night Nintendo smash night, both meeting each other at 2 and ready to beat the floor with one another

setting the sound of the tv on mute to not wake anyone up 

and kiminari getting snacks 

not flicking on the lights to keep the light level to a minimum 

and going to the fridge to get ice cold cokes and chocolates 

but then a light but noticeable breathing noise made its way to his ears 

looking left he saw nothing 

looking right he saw nothing 

looking up he saw- 

he had to trap his hand over his mouth to stop himself from screaming in surprise 

"kiminari, you ok in there bro?" sero asked worriedly, as his friend was taking a while 

"bro, you have to come to see this!" he whisper shouted 

sero immediately got off the couch and to where the kitchen was only lighted by the fridge's inside lights 

"no way" exclaimed  

on top of the fridge was the sleeping body of tokoyami 

his posture was sitting crossed legged and head against the wall

"how...why..." kirishma tried to ask, he had absolutely no idea as to why tokoyami of all people would be found in this type of situation 

(was it because of his bird quirk ?) he asked himself 

but the giggling brought his attention back into reality 

kiminari was trying his best to stop from laughing his head off 

but he sero had to admit 

it was very funny and cute 

but with all the commotion that was going on as well as tokoyami being a very light sleeper woke up 

and what he saw made him chirp in embarrassment and shock 

all three figures stood in silence 

before tokoyami literally jumped off the fridge and began running away

"no one will believe you!" he shouted 

a few moments passed before the two began talking 

"Should you try telling people?" kiminari asked 

"Nah, I think we should keep his a secret, at least, until we get proof" sero laughed 

next morning the three figures met up in secret and both agreed to keep it a secret, tokoyami sighing in huge relief and thanked them and left 

but he did not notice the two crossing their fingers behind their backs 

the next night tokoyami went back onto the fridge to sleep, he preferred sleeping on the fridge because it was cold and he liked high places, he always felt safer in them 

but he did not expect two figures waiting to get proof

this kept going on for two nights 

and in the morning they were ready to spread it to all of 1-A 

looking through his phone while eating his cereal he was sent a message that caused him to almost choke on his breakfast 

"SERO! KIMINARI!" he shouted, in shock, rage and embarrassment 

there were pictures and pictures of his secret sleeping routine that was no more of a secret anymore 

and by the looks of the other students awing and chuckling all of 1-A knew 

and now they were surrounding him like curious sharks inspecting their prey

"This is adorable" the girls squealed 

"why a fridge bro?" kirishma asked 

tokoyami couldn't feel his face due to it burning with rage and embarrassment

spotting the two culprits in the far end 

waving at him in a friendly yet sly way 

he was over ticked of 

Mr Aizawa walked into the scene 

shoji and midoriya holding a very peeved of tokoyami in the air, trying their best to keep him away from the laughing but frightened duo who was having a stern talking to by tenya 

Mr aizaw soon walked out of the scene 

not ready to deal with that 

in the end, everyone deleted all the photos of tokoyami's sleeping state and the two apologised for their actions after dark shadow had scared them out of their skin

as well as no one had found tokoyami sleeping on the fridge ever again 

but when shoji was having a late-night stroll, coming back 

he had found the sleeping body of tokoyami dangling on the proclaimed bird boys favourite tree 

"one picture won't hurt," shoji said as he began taking out his phone
