the voice

"ok, what should we watch?" mina pondered 

she and the girls had the tv to themselves while the boys were in the other room playing on Nintendo smash 

"not sure...what do you think Jiro" hagakura asked 

"Hmm, how about "the voice", I've been hearing a lot of hype about it" Jiro suggested 

"of course you would choose a musical show" momo laughed sweetly causing Jiro to blush 

all the girls agreed and switched over to the voice 

a tv series featuring talented singers that square off for a coveted recording contract in a reality talent contest. Four vocal coaches mentor the contestants in three distinct competition phases: the blind auditions, the battle phase and, lastly, the live-performance phase.

and tonight was the live-performance phase 

but as the girls got settled in, watching as the judges chairs spin back and forth 

they were flabbergasted as they saw a familiar figure appear on the stage 

"Hello, who are you," one of the judges asked 

"is that?!" mina asked in shock 

"my name is fumikage tokoyami" tokoyami, their tokoyami announced 

"no way!" occacho asked in shock 

"and how old are you?" another judge asked 

"Guys get in here, tokoyami's on tv!" Jiro announced, getting the boys to see exactly what they were seeing 

"I am 15" tokoyami replied 

"What!" all the boys shouted as they entered the room 

"and do you think you can win?" a third judge asked 

all students were either screaming in shock or staring at the screen in anticipation 

"probably not, but I'll let fate decide" tokoyami responded dramatically 

(that's our tokoyami) all the students thought to themselves 

and then everything went silent 

all except for the raven head himself as he began to sing "freaks by Jordan Clarke" 

everyone was taken back by the raven memorising voice 

it was like an angel had come down from the heavens 

his voice was smooth as caramel and sweet as such 

and as he finished 

around of deafening applause was heard from every corner of the stage, along with the room where the tv stood 

all the students applauded in awe

as I left the stage I felt myself buzzing 

my heart was pounding, along with my non-existent ears 

I still couldn't believe hawks convinced me to actually participate, he was probably waiting for him outside 

but that was when I felt a different type of buzzing come from my pants pocket 

I opened my phone to see that shoji was trying to face time me 

but as I opened the call 

I was once again bombarded with a round of noise 

questions like "why didn't you tell us you were on voice" "why didn't you tell us you could sing" "did you win?" 

which I told them I would answer once I got back 

but it seemed like I wouldn't be coming back sooner than expected 

because it had been just announced 

I had won the voice
