Let me explain!
Germania has always Adored children. It's the one thing in life he adores. Even as the personification of his nation, the village chiefs would send him to babysit the kids while everyone would work.
So he loves them! It's his dream to get married and have a bunch of kids. However..
When 1p Rome took him, he used him. He knew Germania adored children and would use it against him.
'Dont leave.' He would say, 'leave and I might just kill a few kids.'
So imagine what would happen to Germania if Rome crushed his dream.
Well.. you can only imagine how submissive he got when Rome took his ability away just for helping a woman.
He took a knife and.. well.. I think we all get the idea of what 1p Rome did.
