Chapter Four: Placement//June 11th, 2019

I've never been one to have to rush in the mornings but right now I'm running around like a crazy person to rush out the door because Alyssa called me this morning and told me I got the job. I was thinking great, cool, I'll have a couple days to let it sink in and get myself together...WRONG

She proceeded to tell me that I had to be at the office around one so I could meet with James Smith and he'll tell me which department I'll be in and who I'll work with.

I sat there in shock for about a minute before I jumped up and started running around like a chicken with my head cut off, I thought it was really crazy that yesterday I met Ariana Grande and she wants me to be her assistant.

And to be honest, I thought it was a dream. I mean I was hoping I'd get a job as someone's assistant because not only will I get a front row seat into the celeb or business world but I'll also get to see how the rich and famous live. I'll be the one responsible for making sure my client looks good in front of the public eye, so I'd have to know everything about them

On top of the stress of worrying about who I'll be working with, Alyssa has once again told me to once again dress business-casual because I'm meeting with James, although I got the job I don't officially start until tomorrow. Today is about logistics.

Since casual is my middle name, I decided to borrow something from one of the girls so I don't look too casual. That said, I'm wearing a one shoulder jumpsuit by Jonathan Simkhai, that I borrowed from Dina
