Lucinda Dursley: Alternate Version

The Weasleys and Hermione Arrive

Lucinda's POV

It's been two weeks and We've done a lot of cleaning. We've cleaned the kitchen, my room and the other bedrooms that'll be used by the Weasleys. Sirius' room is already clean. So in all, we cleaned five bedrooms, three bathrooms and the kitchen. But there's still a lot of cleaning to do.

I also meet Kreacher, Sirius' family house elf. He was polite to me only after he found out who my mother is. I've told him not to be rude to Hermione when she comes. She'll be arriving with the Weasleys. They're due to arrive tomorrow.

Ginny had explained what had happened between Percy and their father. I assured her we wouldn't mention Percy. The twins have continued to make their Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes products. They even wrote to me about purchasing a shop in Diagon Alley later on. Once they leave school.

Actually they wanted to quit now and open their shop. But their mother wants them to complete their final year. It was a deal they made, they'd complete their final year and she wouldn't get annoyed at them opening a joke shop. Also the twins are now seventeen and past their apparition test. They enjoy apparating everywhere, scaring everyone at the Burrow.

Anyway Draco and I have kept in contact. Apparently Voldemort has made Malfoy manor his meeting place for him and his deatheaters. We'd been using the names Luke and Darcy. I haven't told him anything about the order or where I'm living.

Speaking of the Order. It's called the Order of the Phoenix. A secret order created by Dumbledore during the last war against Voldemort. Dumbledore reunited it after Voldemort's return, in secret. We have many supporters. Hagrid went to talk to the giants with Madame Maxine. While Remus has gone to talk to the werewolves. Also Snape is spying on Voldemort for the order.

Anyway I've only written to Harry once since the start of the holidays. Due to the security measures Dumbledore put in place to protect him. I myself am not allowed outside. Honestly I'm getting bored and wish I had someone my age the hang out with. Right now I'm finishing my summer homework.

Suddenly a loud pop fills and the twins appear. "Ahh!" I shout drawing my wand.

"Whoa, just us" they say smirking and I glare at them.

"Don't scare me like that" I tell them. Then realize the Weasleys are here and hug them tightly. Just then Hermione and Ginny enter the room. I squeal and hug them. Thy hug me back. "Finally, I dislike being the only child in this house" I tell them.

"Come on, mum is making us lunch" Ron says from the door way.

"I thought you guys weren't arriving until tomorrow" I say quietly as we enter the hallway.

"Mum and dad thought it was best to come a day early" Ginny states.

"Also Padfoot said you were lonely" George adds. I smile and we enter the kitchen. I'm given one of Mrs Weasley's famous hugs.

"You look peaky, time to eat" she states.

"Where's Mr Weasley?" I ask her as we all sit down.

"Work, but he'll be here for dinner" she answers.

"So will Tonks, Mad-eye and Remus" Sirius adds.

"Great, you girls have to meet Tonks. She's an auror, and a metamorphmagus" I tell the others.

"A metamorph-what?" Ron asks confused.

"Metamorphmagus" Hermione tells him. "A witch or wizard that can take a wide variety of forms, changing sex and age, potentially looking like anyone at all, or even just changing a part of their appearance, such as the colour of their hair or shape of their noses" she explains.

"Unlike an Animagus. They also transform at will, but only into one animal form which is determined by their inner traits" I add.

"You've been hanging out with Hermione to much" Ron tells me and I roll my eyes.

"I look forward to meeting her" Ginny tells me.

"So do we" the twins add.

"Now today, there'll be no work" Mrs Weasley tells us and we cheer. "Nut starting tomorrow after breakfast, we have to get back to making this house livable" she states. We all groan. I'd done nothing but clean and study since I got here. Something tells me Mrs Weasley won't be as lenient with breaks as Sirius has been. But at least she'll make sure we're well feed.

"What room tomorrow?" Sirius asks her.

"The library, then once we finish there we'll do more bedrooms and bathrooms. Then hall ways, study, den and drawing room" she lists off. "But these rooms should take us most of the summer to do" she states. We all groan, diffidently no free time. The only time we won't clean, is when the order has a meeting as this is HQ for the order.

"Lucinda dear, why don't you show the others to their rooms" Sirius suggests. I nod my head and lead them back upstairs quietly. I drop Ron at his room then head for mine and the girls room. After telling the twins their is a floor up, first door on the left.

We enter to see my bed had become a triple bunk bed. "Dibs on the top!" Ginny and I say together. Before glaring at each other playfully.

"I'll take the bottom" Hermione tells us. She lets Crookshanks out and he goes to greet Sandy. Hermione then sits at the desk in the room and starts her homework. Ginny and I roll our eyes.

"I have an idea, lets play that muggle game you told me about. Winner gets the top bunk" she tells me.

"Battleship, you're on" I tell her. I get it out and hand her the blue box, while I take the red. We did best out of free and I won. So I claim the top bunk happily. Soon we go to Ron's room with the twins. Then all six of us start to play UNO. After Hermione and I explained the rules.
