September 3rd, 2:20 pm

Ian drove me home in his usual Toyota Corolla, dirty and smelly just like the first day of school. He seemed oblivious to what had occurred at school since he hasn't noticed my red eyes right when I came in. As per usual, he would start up a conversation with me about everything and anything but it ended in silence. I felt really guilty about it.

"Are you okay?" he asked, glancing at me before returning his gaze at the road.

"Yeah, I'm alright," I said, my voice trembling.

He noticed and I knew what he was going to say. He was probably going to park the car and ask me a dozen questions about what was going on and I'll have to make up excuses for it which would lead me to regret it later on about keeping all of it a secret. About how my pervy English teacher sexually assaulted me in class.

"Are you sure?"

"Yeah, why?" I asked, smiling.

"You seem sad. Did something went on at school?"

"Just sad that Katy wasn't there this afternoon. An appointment." I half lied. It was true that I was sad about her not being here in the afternoon only because I couldn't distract myself from my English teacher who would constantly make me uncomfortable.

"She'll be there tomorrow." He said, smiling at me.

"Yeah," I whispered, turning my head towards the window, watching as everything passed by.

6:30 Pm, bedroom

I missed you. I texted to Katy. I was currently laying on my bed. Mom went to her movie with a couple of friends, leaving me and Ian alone at home.

Me too, hon. Did I miss anything this afternoon?

Yeah, me being sexually assaulted.

Nope. Boring stuff.

Glad I missed that.😂

"Knock, knock."

I looked up and saw Ian in front of my door with his jacket in his hands.

"I'm going out with some friends. Are you going to be okay all by yourself?"

"Yeah, I'll be fine."

"Alright, great. You know what to do when something goes wrong and please go to bed early. School tomorrow." he winked.

"Okay, dad." I rolled my eyes.

He smiled and walked away. I returned my gaze to my phone, receiving another text message from Katy.

11:00 Pm, bedroom

I woke up to a loud sound coming from outside of my room. It was late at night and mom is probably out drinking with her friends after watching the movie- informing me that before leaving the house. It could possibly be Ian but he's usually the type to come home late in the morning. Around 3 or so. I turned on my lamp and got up from my bed to look around the house. I was freaking out mostly because of what was happening to me these past few days with the random letters popping up in my room and my English teacher who is acting like a pervert. I peeped outside my door, looking in the darkness. My eyes weren't yet adjusted to the darkness but I could slowly see a figure standing there.

"Is someone there?"

"Nope. Just your friendly neighbourhood spiderman." I gasped.

"Ian! You scared me."

He laughed, opening the light.

"What are you doing here at this hour? Don't you usually come in the morning?"
