The sound of the crowd clouded their ears as the energetic atmosphere began to kick in. It was almost time for Luke's big rematch with Jackson and he was backstage getting ready along with Angela-Rose and the others.

Angela watched as Luke practiced throwing some punches with Dominic, before shifting her eyes over at Alex and Diego as they gazed up at the TV monitor. They heard several knocks come from the door, followed by loud murmurs, which caused Angela to groan loudly.

"That's probably the press again, damn they're fucking annoying" Alex spoke up, flicking his head towards the door.

"I'll handle it" said Diego.

"No, I'll handle it" Angela placed her phone down on the table beside her, before going to storm over to the door; the sound of her heels clicking along the way. As she opened the door, she was immediately met with flashes of camera in her face and reporters wanting to get inside to Luke. She turned back to glance at the others, before rolling her eyes away and speaking up. "Excuse me, but we asked for privacy, please. You'll get everything you need in the next five minutes when the fight starts" she spoke bluntly, before shutting the door in their face.

"I'm surprised you said please, that's the nicest I've ever seen you be to them" Alex laughed, going to wrap his arm around her shoulder.

She smiled up at him, before going to turn her attention back towards Luke and Dominic. She watched as Luke took of his gloves and breathed out a deep sigh, before going to put on his robe which the writing 'Born A Champion'  at the back. She had given it to him after his very first big fight win four years ago and he had worn it in ever match ever since.

He put the hood up and threw a couple more jabs, before turning around to face Angela. He smiled at her and she smiled back before walking towards him.

"You ready?" she asked, gazing up at him, as Dominic helped wrap his championship belt around his waist.

"I'm ready" he replied, going to put on his gloves. There was always a seriousness about him before a fight. Although he was sometimes shy and had anxiety at times, that all went away before a fight. He was always so heavily focused, almost like he was practicing his movements once he stepped into the ring over and over.

"Luke, remember what we practiced" Dominic spoke up, placing both hands on his shoulders. "Last time you beat Jackson in the twelfth round with an uppercut punch. Now he might try to embarrass you and take you out early by doing the same thing. So just be aware, you got this man" he uttered, patting his chest for motivation.

"Try to take him out in the first few rounds so it'll shut him up for good" Alex quickly chimed in.

"Alex..." Diego sighed.

"What? you forgetting last year when he knocked out that Russian boxer clean in the second round?" he said. "I mean let's be honest Jackson isn't a better technical fighter than Luke, he's just likes to play dirty... and plus your dad is the reason why he's so popular, no offence" he shrugged, going to stand beside Luke.

"Unfortunately this isn't going to be a quick fight and I have a feeling it's gonna go all the way to the end again. Jackson's unpredictable and dangerous, especially when he's angry and wants to win badly so we need to be prepared" Angela spoke. She paused for a brief moment to recollect herself, before turning to look back up at Luke. She'd be lying if she said she didn't feel nervous before every one of his fights. Whenever he would step into the ring, she would immediately see her father the last time he died in a boxing ring, and it made her worry, but she can never let him see that in her. She had to be strong and put on a bold face; not just for him, but for the others too.
