~Chapter 26~

*Flashback*

August 5th, 2014-- five years ago:

Angela-Rose and Luke arrived at an underground boxing training ground in LA. It was where mostly amateur boxers went to train for long hours each and every day. Strolling inside, they got  instant stares from everybody, some even whispering quietly to themselves. They continued to walk further in, till they arrived near the back.

"Excuse me?" Angela-Rose spoke up, clearing her throat as Luke stood behind her.

Dominic; who was helping someone do sit-ups on the mat, quickly flickered his eyes up to face the both of them; his eyes widening a little at the sight of her.

"Hello, I'm Angela-Rose Wallace" she introduced, holding out her hand to him.

He slowly stood up from the mat, telling the person he was training with to take five, before turning his full attention back to them. "Hey... I know who you are, everybody here knows who you are. You're Bobby Wallace's daughter, the greatest boxer of all time" he said, pointing at a large poster of Bobby which was hung up on the wall across the room.

Angela glanced over at the poster and all the people who was looking in her direction, before she shifted her gaze back. "Well, its nice to meet you. This is my client; Luke Carson" she introduced, pushing her head back to look up at Luke.

"Hey, its nice to meet you, I'm Luke" said Luke as he held out his hand for Dominic to shake.

"You too man, I'm Dominic" he replied, slowly shaking it. As the two pulled away, he slightly scrunched up his face bewilderingly. "I'm sorry, did you just say client?... as in you're managing him?... I never knew Bobby Wallace's daughter was a manager" he scoffed, placing his hand on his hips.

"Okay, I get that I'm my father's daughter, but I'm also my own person, so please just refer to me as me" she spoke, slowly cocking his head to the side as Dominic stared down at her a little taken back.

"Of course... uh... so what can I do for you? its not everyday these people see... you know, someone like you in here" he uttered.

"Well we actually came looking for you, it took us a while to find you" she stated, crossing her arms. "You're Dominic Brown, twenty-six years old. You've been boxing around the country ever since you were Fourteen years old, but two years ago you had a fatal and serious injury in the ring, which meant that you can never box again, and ever since the, you've been helping amateur boxers and training them, am I right?" she asked as he arched his brows up, shocked at how much research she had found out about him. 

"Right..." he replied. "But I'm sure you didn't just come here to tell me you did your research on me" he spoke.

"No, well... you see" Angela trailed off, glancing back at Luke. "Four months, I met Luke here and I saw that he had major potential so I became his boxing manager. You're a dedicated person Dominic, and you may be young but you know a lot about boxing more than anybody here I suppose, so I wanted to ask you if you would be Luke's coach full time?".

Dominic shifted his eyes over to Luke who stared back at him, before diverting his gaze elsewhere. "Look I... like you said I only train amateur boxers and show them the ropes. I don't coach full time, but even if I did it would be with a professional, no offence man" he said, holding his hand up.
