Niall’s pov
So I am going ring shopping today, as I am going to propose to Liv I have known her since the day we got told we would be put in an arranged marriage which then got cancelled because we were dating and we were so happy that day. I feel that this is the right time to ask her to marry me. I phoned Zayn last night and he said he and Perrie would come with me. I got up and Liv asked me where I was going and I said I was having a meeting with Simon and she said okay and I kissed her lips and went and got changed. When I was changed I said bye to her and she groaned and I laughed and kissed her head and went downstairs and grabbed a cup of tea and drank it quickly and my phone went off and it was Zayn
Z: we’re outside mate
N: okay I’ll be out in a second
I got up and put my cup in the sink and grabbed my shoes and my keys and wallet and went out the house. I decided after we had been to the ring shop go and get her a little something maybe some roses or something, but then she will think I’ve done something. Oh well anyway I went down to Zayn’s car and got in the backseat, he drove straight away and when we arrived at the mall and got straight out and went to the ring shop.
We were looking at some nice rings but they didn’t stand out, I still walked around the shop and Perrie spotted a really nice one. It was a 9ct white gold ring and it was beautiful. It costs £899 but I didn’t care it was for Liv. I smiled at the lady behind the counter
“Hi can I get that ring please” I say
“Yeah sure you can” she says and grabs it and puts it in the box. She gives me the box and I slip it in my pocket and then we go look at some other stuff because I wanted to get Liv something extra.
I went into the dress shop and Perrie looked at them and found the perfect dress for Liv to wear on our date tomorrow. Yes I was proposing tomorrow I decided pretty quickly. Anyway it was a white dress and Perrie picked out white shoes to match. I brought it and then we left the mall.
I made my way home and when I got there I said bye to Perrie and Zayn and they drove off, I made sure the box of the ring wasn’t noticeable and it luckily wasn’t. I walked in and Liv was sat on the sofa and I went up behind her and kissed her cheek and she looked behind me and I kissed her lips.
“Hey” I say
“Hey” she says
“I have something for you” I say
I gave her the bag and she opened it and she smiled
“You got me a dress, for what” she says
“Well, me and you are going on a date tomorrow and I wanted to get you a nice dress, to make you feel even more beautiful” I say
“Aw babe, you’re so sweet” she says and gets up and hugs me and I say I have to go upstairs quickly and I go upstairs and put the ring in my suit pocket and put it in the spare room so I won’t see what she looks like in the dress tomorrow. I hope everything goes okay and I hope she says yes.
