Over the years, Frank and Alex would continue to deepen their relationship. Frank never cared much for his father, what with all the unnecessary skateboarding and lies.

Even though he felt fulfilled in this new home, there was still a part of him that was undeniably missing.

He'd previously set out to fulfill this need with hobbies and pastimes - but to no avail. He was 1⁷d rrnrvr; ahem. He was a donut - delectable, hearty and full of carbohydrates, but no matter how pleasant the rest of him appeared the hole inside him left something to be desired.

It wasn't that he'd never known love. He loved science. He loved physics. He loved his science teacher for a hot minute which was kinda strange, but y'know the past is in the past.
He'd felt love. His family loved him - they used to love him, right?

So why did he feel this internal longing? Like the rope of his heart was pulling for something in the distance. Something currently unreachable.

So why was he a donut (🍩)?
