Shinji x Rei x Harem
During Instrumentality, Lilith offers Shinji a chance at love with those closest to him.
Seeing no negative, Shinji accepts and wakes up on the train going to Tokyo-3. When Misato shows up in a large car, he is dumbfounded,(and a aroused) when she is essentially an impossibly fat blob, shuffling out of her car to hug him and bring him to the Geofront.
Entering the Geofront, he is even more dumbfounded/aroused when Rei, (who seemingly recognizes Shinji) is even larger than Misato.
After the canon fight, Rei reveals that Lilith has 'enlightened' her and that she loves Shinji and kisses him, pulling him deep into her flab as they both move in with Misato.
In his dreams, Shinji is visited by Lilith, who tells him that he will receive more love than he can handle, as everyone loves his cooking, and fat people love good food.
TLDR: Shinji goes through canon again, only he has a harem of impossibly obese women.
