Very quickly into the academy, Sakura realizes she is not cut out to be a ninja, and decides to become a sumo, the second greatest combat employment.(By an almost nonexistent margin/basically equal.) Enlisting Naruto for help, the duo actually becoming best friends outside of training.

As Sakura gains weight, Hinata sees Naruto staring at her fat, and not willing to lose him, Hinata asks to join in, which leads to her gaining more weight than Sakura, which leads to a gaining race between, competing for title 'Fattest Girl in Konoha', and trying to defeat/impress/attract their rival/Naruto with their 'sexy girth'.

And with Hiashi giving his full support for the trio, primarily due to Hinata's confidence and skills, using the Hyuga's virtually unlimited wealth to provide food, clothing, hiring people to create weight gain methods, etc, the female sumo/obese kunoichi fad spreads throughout the Elemental Nations, forcing Hinata and Sakura to increase their training in order to stay the top sumo/obese kunoichi and keep Naruto's eyes on their ever expanding bodies.

As you DEFINITELY can't read it, the plot is the following:

Naruto helps Sakura become a sumo
Sumo Sakura is about to pulverize Naruto
A much fatter Hinata swallows Sakura
Naruto feeds Hinata a giant bowl of ramen/villains
Tsunade yells at Naruto over the Konoha sized Hinata
Tsunade gets fat on Hinata's tributes
Sakura escapes and gets as fat as Hinata
Hinata and Sakura competitive eat until Tsunade declares it a draw
Sakura eats Tsunade, who is in turn eaten by Hinata, and soon covers a 5th of the globe
Karin fattens up till she covers the planet in fat, in which a Hinata so fat Karin is a speck eats her
Karin and Sakura's fat smoosh upon and around each other inside Hinata
