Chapter 25: Inside My Head

Elsa's POV:

-Why?!- I scream, everything's dark, she has taken control for a second of my body.

"Oh calm down Elsa... aren't you happy for me?"

-Edith! What are you doing here?!- I shout, although I already know the answer. I only hear her voice but can't see her anywhere.

"Oh..." she laughs softly, making me shiver. "Elsa, I never left"

I look around. I'm inside my mind.. wait... it's the North Mountain, my mind is like the North Mountain but is darker than I remembered it.

I suddenly see Anna.. she's talking.

-Elsa...? Are you okay?- she asks.

"I've never been better..."

I'm looking at what my body is watching! But I have no control of it!!

-No! Anna! Don't listen to her! That's Edith! That's not me!!- I shout uselessly as tears start filling my eyes.

"Aww, look at you" she says, another girl appears in front of me, she's like my twin... like.
She has the same face as me, the same blue eyes but darker lips.
Her hair is black, short and pointy, she's wearing a long dress and a snowflake necklace.
Edith.

When she appears like that, she talks but when she's nowhere to be seen she's like a voice that sounds everywhere.

-You know shouting won't help in anything- she says.

-Why Edith? Why are you doing this? And why now?- I frustratedly say.

She places her hands on her waist.
-And why not? I mean, trapped in someone, in the darkest corner of your shadow, try to get through that happily-

-You know that's not my fault-

-Well, someone needs to be blamed right?-
She laughs again.
-Some time ago you wanted to be free right? Well... I want to be free too! And why now? Well, as you were more concentrated in other things, your defences that used to stop me were lower and using magic you only have me even more power! Hahahaha, so, Thank you your Majesty!-

-Edith, do whatever you want with me, just leave my sister alone... please...-

-You look so cute begging- she says.
-But I have more important things to do than make you happy. Now, if you excuse me...- she starts fading out.

-No! Edith!! NO!!!-

Anna's POV:

We're walking to the castle, Elsa is acting strange... stranger.
She hasn't said a word.
Having Hans and Avinhab behind us as our allies is the weirdest thing of all.
Avinhab has told me everything... I can't imagine Hans good again... well he has always been it's just aagh He tried to kill my sister and me!!! That's not easily forgotten

-NO!!!- Elsa shouts, we turn to her and she looks at us with her eyes wide open.

-Elsa?- Kristoff says.

-Kristoff! Anna!- she smiles but her smile fades away. -Quick! Give me the necklace!-

I take it and give it to her, she places it on her neck and grabs the stone strongly.
Then she looks around and sees Avinhab and Hans, Hans has his head down, he looks up at me but immediately looks down again.

-I...- Elsa starts. -Where are we going?-

-To the castle...- I answer.

-We can't go there- she says.

-Why not?-

-We'll show her the way-

-Then what do we do?- Kristoff asks.

-I know who will know what to do...- Elsa says, she turns to Avinhab. He has the hood on but I can see how his eyes go wide.

-Oh no... no no no no- he says as he shakes his head.

-What?- I ask.

-I am not going to the trolls- he says.

-Elsa... I... I think you have to explain some things...- I say.

-I...- she stops. -She's coming-

Elsa's POV:

"Come on Elsa, lie to her, go ahead"

-Silence!-

"Oh no, you're the one that's is going silent"

She takes control again.

-Edith!!- I shout. I'm in the North Mountain again. I growl.

I have to find her.

-What is your problem? Why are you evil?!-

"I am NOT evil!!!"

-Yes you are!-

"I AM NOT!! I want to be free!!"

-Then just go away!!-

"I CAN'T!!

-What? What do you mean you can't?- I ask.

"I'm trying to find a way?! What else would I be doing if I already knew the answer?!"

-Edith... calm down, all you want is to be free, maybe... maybe I can help you...-

"Oh stop that! Liar! You're lying! If you wanted to help me you would have many years ago!"

-Really, I know how you feel..-

"No you don't! You don't know how I feel!"

You have no idea.

-I do know...-

"SIlENCE!"

-You know you won't get away with this!!- I shout.

"Oh... I already have"
