Chapter 26: Questions

Elsa's POV:

I step back with my eyes wide open. Anna told me about this, this phrase...

What is going on?

Anna's POV:

Elsa suddenly stops walking and looks at us. She frowns but then her eyes go wide.

-Anna! No, wait...- She turns to Hans, a blast of magic appears in her hand. -You...- she walks towards him. Hans steps back.

-Woah, Queen!- Avinhab gets between them, opening his arms.

-Out of my way!-

-Elsa! Calm down, what is going on?- Kristoff asks.

-Ask him!- She points at Hans.

-I'm afraid I don't understand- Hans talks for once, his voice is husky, I look at him unsurely but he just looks away.
Kristoff holds my hand.

-Elsa...- I say. -We can't keep going like this, how will we know when it's you and when's not?-

She turns to me and her eyes soften.

-I.. I'm sorry Anna- she says. -Okay, I can know when she's coming, the necklace gets hot...-

-Maybe a key word- Kristoff suggests.

-something like 'chocolate'?- I ask.

-I'll tell 'storm', 'the storm is coming' or something like that- Elsa says. She turns again. -Now, where was I?- she looks at Hans. -I think you have something to tell is don't you?-

-Elsa? What do you mean?- I ask.

-Something's going on here, and he has something to do with him- she tells us about the 'I already have' and the way she talks and everything. No one knows what to say. -So, anything you'd like to say?- Elsa asks.
I step back and get nearer to Kristoff.

-I...- Hans starts.

-Oh not again...- Elsa says. -The storm is coming...-

Elsa's POV:

I appear in the North Mountain again.

-Edith!!- I shout. -We need to talk!-

"Sorry, too busy trying to get out of here"

-Edith...- I sternly say.
She appears in front of me and places her hands on her waist.

-May I help you?- she asks.

-We need to talk-
She gives some steps towards me.

-We are talking right now aren't we?- she says.

-I have some questions to ask you- I say.
She rolls her eyes.

-Do it quickly- she crosses her arms.

-First...- I start.

-Wait- She says. -I'll only answer questions with 'yes' or 'no'- she says.

I'm about to reply, but something's better than nothing.

-Does this have something to do with Hans?- I ask.

She looks up, like she really is thinking in the answer.

-Yes-

-what?! What did you do?-

-ah ah, only yes or no- she says, smiling.
I sigh.

-okay, do you have ice and snow powers too?-

-yes-

-Do you plan doing something to hurt others?-

She just smiles.

My eyes get wide.

I gotta get back. Now.

I open my eyes as I look around and see that... I'm tied to a tree?

Anna, Kristoff, Avinhab and Hans are looking at me.

-What is going on?- I ask.

-How do we know it's the real Elsa?- Avinhab asks, looking at Anna.

My sister looks deep into my eyes.

-It's her-

They set me free from the tree and I look at them.

-What happened?- I ask.

-You... well, she started acting really strange, touching and freezing things with no reason at all... looking at everything evilly..- Anna explains. -how can she do this?-

-Anna, I have many questions too but now...- I say. -What we need are answers-
