Leave... You're the intruder and the guy is obviously playing around. How could someone tell you he loves you while he's currently loving someone else? How unfaithful and in the process you've become his accomplice since you opted to stay even if you know that he's in a long term relationship. In your case, you're the other woman. Try putting yourself in the shoes of his original girlfriend, how would you feel? It's unsettling, right? So, before you'd ruin their relationship take your graceful exit. The guy is not worth fighting for. You're already a loser for being entangled with his kind. Save yourself from shame and get out of that mess. The choice is still yours, so make the right choice.
