Your POV

When I woke up I saw Carl asleep next to me.
What are we? Best friends? Bf gf? Or just friends?
I ran my fingers though his soft hair.
"Morning homeboy." I said as he woke up.
He groaned and rolled over on his back.
"I need to ask you something..." I said.
He looked at me.

"What are we?" I asked embarrassed.
"Well what do you want to be?" He smirked
He rolled on his side facing me.
"Well I like you... what about you?" I said quietly.
He smiled and caressed my cheek.
"I like you too."

After a bit of talking we decided.
I'm his girlfriend!

Carl's POV later

Dominique was over while Y/n was at work.

I got the equipment for recording her playing the violin.
"I already got into music camp." She said while I was setting up.
I stopped confused.
"My dad recorded me on his iPhone and that's all I needed." I turned around facing her.
I took my headphones off and placed it down.
"I can play for you if you want, but that's not why I'm here." She said
"Ok so..." I Said
"You a virgin?" She asked
I laughed
"Hell no!"
"I am" she said
"Yeah,yeah, me too."
"All my friends lost it already."
I knew where this was going... I couldn't do this to Y/n.
"Look..."
She cut me off
"And I was thinking, you and me." She pulled out a condom.
"Dominique, I have a girlfriend."
I said

She looked at me upset.
"Are you making this up?"
"No no of course not. Her names Y/n."
I said truthfully
She put her hand on her hip.
"Then where is she?" She said with an attitude.
"She's at work," I looked at my phone for the time.
"She gets off in like ten minutes so you should go."
She looked mad.
"Fine," she looked really mad.
She walked out the door and I followed making sure she left.
She started walking home.
I sat on the steps waiting for Y/n.

The next week(Carls POV)

"Is that Sean's shirt?" Fiona asked
"You're supposed to be packing it not wearing it."
"I got a date with my girlfriend." I smirked
"Y/n?!" She smiled

I nodded
"I didn't know you two were dating, she was supposed to tell me." She laughed
"Her dad found out somehow and flipped out." I said
"Wow I wonder how." She said sarcastically knowing I told him.

Your POV

So me and Carl have been dating for a week! And we're going on our first date today. I don't know where he is taking me yet, he just told me to dress nice.
I found a dress that I really liked at a store it's (f/c) and I have some high tops to wear with it.
I hate heels so I'm gonna wear my black vans.

(If you want you can change it to where you do wear heals.)

The date

I took a shower and then covered myself with a towel.
I got dressed before drying my hair and fixing it up.
I put on some lipgloss and then some mascara.
"Ian!" I called out.
"Coast is clear," he said.
I walked out of the bathroom.
"You look amazing Y/n!" He said
"Thank you!" I smiled
I quickly went into Debbies room.
I locked the door and sat on her bed.
I smiled to myself and jay jay FaceTimed me.
"Hi jay jay!" I smiled putting on my socks.
"Wow Y/n! You look great, if this Carl breaks your heart; I'll break him." He said making me laugh.
"Yeah yeah yeah."
"So do you know what you guys are doing yet?" He asked eating a bag of chips.
"Still love those chips I can see." I laughed
"But no, he just told me to dress nice," I smiled
I looked at the time.
"Shit, I'll call you after the date bye jay jay." I said and hung up before he had the chance to say anything.
I put on my shoes and looked at myself in Debbies full body mirror.
"Perfect." I said to myself.
I walked downstairs and went outside.
"You look beautiful Y/n!"
Carl said
I felt my face going red

At the roller rink

While we were walking Carl told me he's taking me skating. Since I'm wearing a dress he gave his jacket to tie it around my waist.
We went inside and got skates.
I put my shoes in a cubby next to Carl's.
"Do you know how to skate?" He asked
We went inside the rink.
"Do I know how to skate? Pft of course! Jay jay took me skating once before he got arrested. the question is, do you?" I laughed
"Yeah."
I skated near Carl but almost slipped.
"Guess you're a little rusty." He smirked.
"Alright alright,"
He put his hand out, I gladly took it.
I skated beside him.
"Ok I think I remember how to do it." I smiled.

I skated ahead of him.
Someone talked over the speakers saying something about a race and if we don't want to join we can wait outside the rink.
Me and Carl met up at the starting place and smirked at each other.
"You're going down Gallagher." I said
A bell rang indicating to go.
The way the race went was: we had to skate around The rink three times and then go back to the starting line. Then when we did that we had to skate to the line in front of it. Who ever made it first won.
Me and Carl skated side by side for a few seconds then I skated faster.
Other people where either on our heels or wayyy behind.
One lap:done
Two laps: done
Onto my third lap.
Carl was in front of me.
I was on his heel.

When we got to the starting line I stayed behind him for a few seconds then skated faster and made it to the finishing line.
I won!! Oh my god I actually won.
"Told ya." I smiled at Carl
They announced me the winner, they said I won an hour of free skating with me and a friend.

After skating

Carl took me to get some ice cream.
And then he said he had one more surprise.
Carl got a call on his phone and smiled
"Yeah we're on our way."
He said then hung up. He put his arm around me and smiled
"What are you smiling about homeboy?"
"Oh nothing, you just look amazing."
I laughed
"Really? Even after an hour of sweating." I rolled my eyes.
We got to a restaurant and Carl said his name to the waitress.
She showed us to our table.
"While you wait for your last guest would you like something to drink?" She asked me and Carl handing us the menu.
"Guest?" I looked at Carl confused
He just smiled
"What do you want to drink homegirl?"
"Just a water will be fine." I said

"I'm here, I'm here. Sorry I'm late." I heard a familiar voice say behind us.
I smiled brightly and stood up.
"Jay jay!" I hugged him.
He took his jacket off and set it on his chair.
"Can I have a water?" He said to the waitress.
After she got all our drinks she left us with the food menu.
"What are you doing here?" I smiled
"Well Carl called me. He said he wanted to surprise you." He said

30 minutes later

"And I won!" I laughed taking a bite out of my food.
I was telling jay jay about our race at the rink.
"I let her win." He said
"Sure!" I said sarcastically
"Hey remember when I took you and I broke my arm when you pushed me." Jay jay laughed
"I didn't push you! You fell when I skated past you." I said embarrassed.
"You pushed him?" Carl laughed.
I rolled my eyes
"I thought I was gonna have to be all scary to you Carl, you seem like a good guy. But if you hurt my baby sister I will make you regret it." He said
I leaned towards Carl.
"He's joking... I think." I said
I put my hand on his thigh to reassure him.
