Zelkam POV

I lead them down the path that leads to the back entrance. It was more of a tunnel and it went down deep. Meanwhile skeppy's dog kept barking.

"Oh my gosh! Zak can you make your dog stop!?"

Skeppy: not much I can do ok!

"Fine."

Techno: can I have my stuff back?

"Oh. I sorta threw it away."

Techno: what?

"Yeah. Sorry... But I didn't take your crown. Why do you have it anyway?"

Techno: ...because I can.

"That isn't the reason but ok."

I hear shuffling around above me. We had reached the hatch. That goes up into the lab. BZ was up there.

"BZ is there. Ok I need you to back away from the hatch. I am going to climb up and talk to him. When he leaves I'll come get you."

Techno: ok we'll just shuffle backwards in this tiny tunnel.

"Good."

Techno: that's not what I meant.

I opened the hatch and went up.

Skeppy POV

"Well. What now?"

Bbh: I don't know.

A6d: h-h-h-how l-long?

Techno: no idea.

Zelkam finally opened up the thing and we all climbed up. The hatch was by the wall of a white room. It was covered in panels. It looked like that Portal game I played a while back. There were doors on every side. It looked like we were at the heart of a maze.

A6d: t-too l-long.

Zelk: sorry. He wouldn't go away. Ok. Now we go this way. Try to be quiet. Skeppy I would hold your dog.

He lead us into one of the doors. There was a long hallway. We walked down it. At the end there was another door.

Techno: how many doors does one guy need? This is door simulator.

Zelk: shhhh.

He put a code in the door. Inside was a pedestal with a tiny test tube thing in it. The liquid inside looked somehow green and purple at the same time. It was gross.

Zelkam picked up the vile and turned to a6d.

Zelk: ok you need to drink this-

He froze.

Techno: what? Earth to Zelkam.

The door slammed behind us.

I whipped around to see a dark guy in a green mask.

He moved his hands in a smooth motion. Sign language.

(Sign language doesn't have much grammar but for the sake of it being ready to read I'm keeping it the same.)

Zelk POV.

"You told them your name? What have you been up to Z?"

"I-It's not what it looks like! I promise!" I shouted desperately.

"I think it's exactly what it looks like. You're holding out on me. Do you remember what I said I would do if you betrayed me?"

"N-no I'm not betraying you! I was only trying to help my friends. I'm still on your side!! Please!"

"I don't believe you. Well it was fun while it lasted."

He isn't listening!! Ugh.

"Mega!" I shouted.

Using that name would get his attention.

"...In front of outsiders too. You little peice of-"

"Please I was trying to help. I just want to be the good guy. Mega why are you being so mean!? I just wanted to h-help.

I started crying. That was a first.

Techno: what are you doing to him?!

Mega shrugged. He knew they didn't understand sign language.

Bbh: y-you're a bad potato!

Mega was about to laugh but he stopped himself.

He pulled out a gun. A gun! What. The. heck! He pointed it at a6d.

"No stop! They're my friends! Don't hurt them."
Tears were streaming down my face.

He signed, "they have Vincent with them. And you were trying to use our only cure. For that they can die."

No!

"... K-kill me instead. That would be a good punishment for this right? Let them go without being harmed." I was shaking all over.

Skeppy's dog started barking like it knew what I said.

Techno: what?! No! Don't do that! We can all just calm down right?!!??!

Mega pointed his gun at me.

"If that's what you want. Someone has to pay for this."

I nodded slowly.

He fired.
