mark started practice again today
i didn't realise how bad he looked
until i saw him under the bright studio lights
he's gained more weight
still really skinny though
he was a bit slow learning the steps
but got them eventually
he looked happy dancing
it made me smile
knowing he's okay now
he did stumble a bit
but he said he's fine
