Leah's POV ugh I really don't want to go to school today so I'm planning on faking sick hopefully dad won't be suspicious that I'm faking it I'll tell him that I have a sore throat sniffling and coughing
Louis POV I go into Leah's room and see she's not up yet Leah sweetie it's time to get up you have school today
Uggghh daddy I don't *coughs* feel good she says I put the back of my hand on her forehead
Hang on a sec darling I'm gonna go get the thermometer and will go from there I come back with the thermometer alright love "open up" so I can put the thermometer under your toungue i instruct sweetly
She obeys and I slip the thermometer under her tongue
Close your mouth please
Once again she obeys
When the thermometer beeps I take it out and read what it says 100.01
Oh dear you have a fever alright what's bothering you sweetie
My throat hurts I'm coughing I feel congested and I'm sniffling
Alright kiddo I'll be right back I'm going to fetch some medicine and a tongue depressor I'll use my phone for a light to look at your throat since I am a doctor
I come back into her room with the medicine a spoon and tongue depressor I pour the medicine onto the spoon and bring it to her lips
" open up" kiddo
She obeys and opens her mouth I put the medicine in her mouth and instruct her to swallow she does as told
Ok now I'm gonna have a look at your throat just to be safe alright Leah I say turning the light on my phone on "open up nice and wide for me" say ahh
Ahh she says
I push her tongue down with the tongue depressor and use my phone allowing me to see the back of her throat after looking I sigh turn off the light on my phone and tell her to close her mouth I throw the tongue depressor in the trash.
