A/N: the basics on the life giving mega computer of Cybertron.
Austin: I think for how I think the ideas of Vector Sigma, The Matrix of Leadership and The Allspark work together I think go something like this. All these 3 Items are extensions of Primus' life giving powers, knowledge and even consciousness.
The Matrix of Leadership serves as a means of access to the Transformer afterlife, through which it can either bestow new Transformer life, provide its wielder with a means of communicating with the deceased leaders who have come before them and/or even increase the physical power or abilities of the wielder who is worthy to bear it.
Vector Sigma acts as a link Between the Transformers and Primus, while also housing a vase storage of knowledge, frequently acts of Primus' will to shape the future of Cybertron while he slept in the planet and could possibly even be an alternative form of Primus himself.
The Allspark a vessel that bares the life giving knowledge which is capable of not only providing life to new transformers, but capable of turning non Cybertronian technology into new transformers as well. What I think separates it from Vector Sigma is that it's able to provide new Cybertronian life even on other worlds.
