CARMENS POV
The bell finally rang and I got up and grabbed all my math stuff and got up from my desk SO ready to go home and just fall as sleep. Mom left a note for Adam this morning and I had a feeling he didn't go to school today. I ended up sending him a text letting him know the Xbox was under the TV and I was right, he did stay home. I was hot out of the class room and went down the hall to my locker. I shoved all my stuff in it and grabbed my backpack and shut my locker. I turned around to see Kayla standing there with a really pretty girl, like prettier than Kayla pretty.
"Hey Carmen this is Emily, she's my cousin. She's exchanging schools so she could be with her cousin," Kalyla said nervously as if she wish Emily wasn't here.
"Hey Emily I'm Carmen," I said sticking out my hand to shake hers.
"Hey Carmen I'm Emily," she said with a bright beautiful smile.
"Do you wanna come with to the mall with us?" Kayla asked.
"Sure, just let me text my mom," I said reaching for my phone.
'Hey mom, can I go to the mall?' I text her. She replies within seconds 'sure honey' and I looked back up at Kayla and Emily and told them I could come. We started walking down the hallway and we were stopped by Xavier, the 'hottest guy in school' according to every girl in our school. His gaze was fixed on Emily and I knew he had a crush instantly.
"Move," I said trying to push past him.
He's super nice witch sucks because that means I can't be a bitch to him because he's to nice and fragile.
"I'm Xavier," he said putting out his hand for Emily to shake.
"I'm Emily," she said.
I feel like the only thing Emily has been doing is introducing herself and I felt bad for her. Some guy came up from behind her and slapped her ass. I saw rage build up in her eyes and Xavier was about to go and protect her but she pushed him back and walked up to him and punched him right in the back of the neck. He turned around to fight back but saw it was Emily. His eyes went wide and started laughing. Emily clenched her fist and punched him in the jaw then in the nose then tripped him so he fell to the ground, hard. She straddled him and put her hand on him neck.
"Don't ever do that again, got it?" She asked.
"Y-yes" the boy said quickly scurrying out of Emily's grip.
Emily stood up and walked back over to us and I stated laughing really hard. That was the best thing I've ever seen. That guy was actually really tall and little Emily still managed to beat his ass.
"Hey Kayla can we pick up Adam first? He's feeling really down because he stayed up all night thinking about Zack, well at least I think he did but anyways do you mind?" I ask trying to include Adam into this situation.
"Sure!" Kayla said really preppy.
Emily just walked by Xavier leaving his jaw wide open on how bad ass Emily is. I feel like we're going to along just fine.

We arrived at the mall with Adam and Emily in the backseat and Kayla driving. I called shot gun because I didn't wanna have awkward conversation with Emily, yet I guess.
