I tought to myself "Human's clothing is so wierd!"
I chuckled and stumbled out as I still didn't know how to use my legs.

"How do I look Natsu?"
"Beautiful.."
He grabbed her, picking her up bridal style and ran off to the market place where they would learn about each other's worlds and about each other.

Once they reached the markets, Natsu asked the blondie.
"So... Let me get this straight, your the 4th mermaid princess of an unknown kingdom called Atlantas and running away from your mom constantly because she keeps forcing you to marry a merman..?"
Lucy chuckled akwardly.
"That pretty much sums up my life!"
Natsu look worried for a second.
"But are you happy with your life..?"
Lucy's smil dropped as a single tear fell before others fell from her watery eyes.
"W-well.. I-I um...."

"Well- I never believed in happiness, I don't even know how to be happy. The abuse my mom inflicted on me, It hurt so bad... Like hell, I never thought I'd smile again. My sisters go through the same pain, yet... They don't help me, even if I help them. I get nothing in return, It fucking sucks Natsu..."
Natsu frowned and kissed her cheek.
"I promise to you I will teach you how to be happy, till the day of my very last breath on earth.."
With those words, Lucy cried happily and hugged him, she tripped not properly using her legs and sent them both falling down the hill into the lagoon. They hit the water and caused a huge splash getting Natsu soaked and turning Lucy back to her mermaid form.

"C-crap! I didn't mean for this to happen.."
She sighed and pulled Natsu out the water and layed him on the sand and waited for him to wake up as she made him a blanket out of seaweed.
After what seemed like 2 hours, he woke up and saw Lucy petting a dolphin and smiling, she seemed most calm and happy when near water. Natsu smiled and walked over hugging her.
