Quirk: Ice manipulations
You could cover anything in frost bite as long as it was touching you. If the frostbite isn't treated fast it can severely hurt the person. You can also create ice objects as well as manipulate the temperature around you. Pretty much just Todoroki's Ice side but it effects your body a lot more.
