Chapter 13

Recap from season Two......
Hi my name is Y/N and I live in Hawkins! Now my life is soooo crazy and honestly there is so much to recap but here I go.. it all started when we met a girl named eleven and she had powers, not long after I figured out I had them too.... pretty cool right? Yeah so- We all hung out with AV club. This included Will, Mike, Lucas, and Dustin.... plus Max but she's still new to all of this. Anyways- to be safe Hopper took me and El, short for Eleven, into captivity and kept us from the government, only problem was me and her NEVER got along. Always arguing and fighting over Mike, my current boyfriend, and honestly after a few days me and El finally got along. Me and El share a room and we are basically best friends. And I think her and Will got a little something going on but she doesn't like talking about it..... she gets all red and embarrassed. But that's brings us to current day.....

Current day: (your POV)
Me and mike were sitting on the bed with the radio all the way up and the door open five inches. It's so dumb! Dad- I mean hopper, wants us to keep the door open "3 inches" or whatever. I mean me and Mike were just kissing that's it! It's bullshit but whatever. I scooted closer to mike and kissed him but he pulled away and started to sing to the radio.
"No body wants to know you now...." mike sang as I laughed at him "do do!" He yelled a little to the songs beat "no body wants to show you-" he sang but I put my hand on his face "mike-" I laughed softly. He continued to sing into my hand and I couldn't make out what he was singing
"Mike stop- Mike!" I laughed as he pulled my hands away and held my wrists into the air
"You're lost innnn the conerrrrr-" "MIKE!" "you can never" "STOP!" ughhgughg" he started to make weird sounds as I laughed a little
"What you don't like it?!" He asked while smiling
"Nooo" I laughed as he leaned back in and kissed me
I kissed him back and felt someone staring at us. I slowly pulled away arm saw Hopper staring. I put my hand up and slammed the door shut. Holy shit. Did I just- what?! I never knew I could do slam things that hard.
"Heyyyy!" I heard him yell as he slammed his beer down into the table
"Shit! Mike here!" I tossed him a magazine and laid down and tried to act normal
"3 inch minimum!" Hopper yelled "leave this door open three inches!" He said and banged on the bed room door
"Y/N" he said softly and banged on the door but softer this time "open this door" his voice got louder in each word "open. This. Door." He said clearly aggravated with me but before I could get up to open it he busted in and looked at us with surprise
"What's wrong?" Mike asked and looked at Hopper
He didn't respond and just closed the door again, well at least all the way minus three inches.
Me and Mike busted out laughing "I should really get home" mike said and got his shoes on
"Aweee" I pouted playfully "fineeee promise to call me?" I asked and put my pinkie out for him as he happily nodded and smiled back "promise" he said and wrapped his pinkie around mine. Me and him slowly leaned in but hopper yelled "HEY!-" and we both jolted back "right, right- sorry!" Mike yelled to him and got up. We exchanged a hug and he walked out the door as I laid down with the biggest smile on my face
"That's gross" El spoke up from her bed
"What? Me and mikes love for each other? Come on El! A few months ago you would of loved to be doing that" I joked and she shook her head "sorry" I said and frowned softly "didn't mean to push it"
"It's fine" she smiled and looked around "and yes...... you and Mike are gross" she laughed and I laughed with her
My walk-e-talkie went off and I pressed the button "hey mike-"
"That was priceless! Did you see his face?" He laughed
I laughed too as I laid down "it was like a tomato"
"Yeah a fat tomato" he laughed again
"I wish I was still with you...." I said and smiled
"I know, me too. But I'll see you Tomorrow, alright? First thing" he said and heard him pedaling faster
"Tomorrow" I said and slowly let my hand fall to the bed as I closed my eyes, a stupid smile still plastered on my face.

Mikes POV
I finally reached the Starcourt mall and parked my bike in the bike rack as everyone stood there waiting for me, besides Dustin. He was still at summer camp.
"You're late- again" Lucas said
"Sorry" I sighed
"We're gonna miss the opening-" Will said annoyed
"Yep, if you keep whining about it" I rolled my eyes as we walked into the mall
"Let's go!" I said
"Gfydhuhnudenununu" Lucas said making weird noises
"Let's just go" I said grabbing him
"Let me guess- you were too busy" he said and started making kisses sounds
"Oh yeah, real mature Lucas" I said annoyed as we walked faster
"Oh Y/N I wish we could make out for ever and never hangout with any of our friends" he said poorly imitating me
"Lucas just stop-" max said
"Will thinks it's funny" Lucas defended as Will laughed
"Cause it is" will laughed softly
"Yeah cause its soooo funny that I wanna spend romantic time with my girl friend" I said and threw my arms into the air
"I'm spending romantic time with my girlfriend" Lucas said as we walked to Scoops ahoy. Which consisted of cutting people on the escalator and bumping into many many MANY people. Resulting in me tripping every once and again.
"Watch it!" A girl whined as I tripped into her
"Yeah watch it nerd!" Erica, Lucas's little sister laughed with her friends
"Isn't it past your best time?" Lucas shot back as we continued to walk
"Isn't it time you die?" She poorly roasted back as her friends laughed
"psycho" Lucas said
"Butt head!" She yelled back
"Mole rat!" He said as if he was 7 years old
"Butt face!" She yelled loudly as Lucas blew his tongue against his lips making a farting noise
"Oh yeah, that was mature" max said and grabbed his arm and dragged him along
I walked up to the counter in Scoops ahoy and rang the bell about a million times as the girl, Robin, turned around to Steve,
"Hey dingus! Your children are here!" She said and stared at me as Steve opened the sliding glass door
"Again?" He asked and sighed "seriously?"
I just stared at him and rung the bell one last time.
He opened the back door and let us walk to the movie theater
"Cmon cmon, I swear if anyone hears about this-" he said and we all cut him off to say it for him
"We're dead" we all said in unison as we walked into the theater
I opened the door just enough to see and nodded to them "all clear" I said and walked out, I turned into the movie room that was screening the "Day Of The Dead".
We scooted past a few people and sat down in our seats, letting out a deep breath
"See Lucas, we made it to the previews" I said leaning over will to look at Lucas
"We still made it, fart face" max joked and Lucas shook his head with an eye roll
I reached into Wills bag and pulled out my candy and drinks.
The movie started and I stared at the screen intensely. The movie was just about to get good then..... fuck! It started to skip and then shut off completely. The crowd slowly started to let put "Boos!" And "Awes!"
"Come on man!" Lucas groaned loudly
After a few minutes of silence it started back up and the crowd cheered happily in their seats.
I was watching the movie and saw Will acting a little strange
"Hey? You okay?" I asked him
He looked around for a second "oh...yeah" he said
I nodded "you sure?"
Will nodded his head "of corse"
"K" I whispered and went back to the movie

Next morning.... (your POV)
We were all hiding behind one of Dustin's walls since he just got back from camp and we wanted to surprise him. I was holding Mikes hand and had my eyes closed. I used my powers and got all of his robotic toys to start up and walked towards him.
He slowly walked out of his room and followed the robot toy I was controlling
"Now" mike whispered to me and opened my eyes and stopped everything so that it was normal AGIAN. It was silent for a second as we walked out behind him, Lucas holding the "Welcome Home Dustin!" Poster.
We all had this things you use at party's and blew into them.
Dustin turned around screaming in fear and sprayed Lucas In the eyes with....... hair spray?
I held onto Mike and stepped back and laughed a little as Max washed out Lucas's eyes I'm the sink.
"Ow ow ow ow" Lucas groaned and rubbed his eyes while blinking a few times
"Is it better?" Max asked looked at his face
"Huhhhh still stings" Lucas whined and was rubbing the outline of his eye lids
He looked around then at Max and squinted at her forehead "is that a new zit?" He asked and pointed at a red dot on her forehead, that was indeed a zit.
"What is wrong with you?" She asked and shoved his head back into the sink to wash out his eyes
"I was just asking- ahhhhhh!" He yelled as the water his his eyes
After Lucas could see again Dustin wanted to show us his inventions he made at camp. He held up some weird looking spiny wheel, almost like one of those huge fans you'd see near a farm..... a windmill I think it's called.
"This is the forever clock" he said and spun the weird windmill thing
"And it's powered by wind... very useful in the apocalypse" he said and handed it to Will to hold as he grabbed another invention.
"Then, I give you the glamour" he said and held it out to me and Mike. It was some sort of hammer that just seized around. I stepped back while holding Mikes arm, while Mike didn't look that impressed. He just looked at it and slightly leaned backwards but I pulled him back.
Dustin laughed "pretty neat huh?" He said smiling widely "but this, this-" Dustin said grabbing something as Mike sighed and I looked up at him as if I was saying to just go with it.
"This is my masterpiece!" He said placing a semi large bag on the floor. We kneeled down onto the ground and looked at it as he unzipped it
"I would like you.... to meet.......Sarebro" he said smiling at us. I didn't even know what I was looking at it. It was just a bunch of.... junk.
"What exactly are we looking at here?" mike asked and looked at him
"A dissembled, one of a kind, battery powered radio tower" Dustin said in a 'duh' tone
We just sat there and El awkwardly nodded her head as she looked at Dustin
"Sooo.... it's Uh, a hand radio?" Will said and looked at him
"The Cadillac of hand radios" Dustin smiled "this baby carries a crystal clear connection over vast places. I'm talking North pole to south!" Dustin smiled "I can talk to my girlfriend whenever and where ever I choose" Dustin said and we all looked at each other, Will looking at Mike, Mike looking at me and Me and El exchanging the most surprised yet happy looks.
"Girlfriend?" We all said together, still in disbelief. Dustin just slowly nodded with a goofy grin.
We all got up and Dustin told us about his girlfriend form camp.
"Wait so her name is Suzy?" Mike asked
"Suzy with a Z" Dustin said "she's from Utah" he said
"She goes to science camp?" Mike asked
"Suzy does, she's a genius" Dustin said as we walked
"Is she cute?" Mike asked and looked at him with a little bit of jealousy
"Like Phoebe Kate's! But way hotter" Dustin smiled
"What's going on?" Max asked as we walked past the kitchen, and out the front door
"We're going to talk to Dustin's girlfriend" Will smiled as he walked out the door last
Max and Lucas both darted up from the sink "Girlfriend?!"the said together and ran after us.
I held Mikes hand as he carried something big that Dustin needed for his radio tower. We had to hike all the way to the top of a hill just to set this thing up. And it was almost time for me and Mike to go back to my house, like we always do.

After like an hour of walking we made it to the hill
"Aren't we high enough?" Lucas asked as we hiked up the hill
"It works best at 100 meters" Dustin explained
"You know, pretty sure people in Utah have telephones" Max said out of breath
"Yeah but Suzy is Norman"
"Oh shit, so she doesn't have electricity?" Lucas asked
"That's the thing" Max said to him
I leaned over to Mike and whispered in his ear "it's time to go back to my place" i smiled pointing at his watch
He smiled as we both walked a lot slower then everyone else they were already on the hill and me and Mike were only half way up it.
"Like Romeo and Juliet"I heard Dustin say
"Right" Max said
"Star cross lovers" Dustin said and turned around to look at her
"Yeah, I got it" max said
Me and mike stopped walking and I stood there next to him "hey guys! This is fun and all but, uh-" Mike stopped and pressed his finger to his watch
"Me and El have to go home" I said as El was staring to walk down the hill to us
"We're almost there" Dustin said and pointed at the hill only 3 feet away form us
"Sorry man, it's their curfew" Mike said and looked at me and grabbed my hand and pulled me back down the hill
"Good luck" Me and El said at the same time and started to weak back down the hill

"Curfew at Four?" I asked looking at my watch
"Their lying" Lucas sighed
"It's been like this all summer" Will sighed
"It's romantic" Max shrugged as we watched them walk away "well minus the El part" she said
"It's gross" Will said
"It's bullshit" I said and looked at Will and Lucas nodded "I just got home" I said watching them
"Their loss, onwards we go! Suzy awaits!" I said and smiled as I continued to walk up the hill and heard everyone groan
I looked back and saw Will standing there with his hand on the back of his neck
"Come on Will!" I yelled down to him and stopped at the top of the hill and took a deep breath as we set everything down onto the ground

(Back to your POV)
Me and Mike were sitting on my bed as we heard hopper knock on the wall
"Hey" he sighed
"Yes?" I asked
"Can I talk to you guys a minute?" He asked
I looked at Mike who nodded and put my hand out and opened the door, wiping my nose as I did so
He stepped into the room where me and Mike were just sitting there on the bed
"Hi" hopper said staring at us intently
"Hi?" Me and Mike said
Hopper looked around then slowly sat down in a chair that was at my desk
He sat in front of us, as I scooted closer and sat cross cross next to Mike
Hopper looked at me then mike then at my bed. Me and mike stared at him confused, he turned around and shut the radio off. For another few seconds, maybe a minute, it was dead silent. We just stared at each other
"Um........"hopper started but the stopped before starting again "what I,Uh,........ needed to say to you was.......what I wanted...to say to you... is that um-" hopper played with his mustache as he talked
"Uh-oh. I think we're in trouble" mike smiled at me and we both laughed a little
Hopper looked between us as his jaw hung open. He stopped and started at mike "no....no, nobody is in trouble. Okay? I just wanted to Uh-" he said as Mike leaned over to me and whispered something to me, making me laugh and Hopper stared at us with his jaw open
"You know what?" He said staring at Mike "your mom called" Hopper said and I could kind of tell he was serious but Hopper had a good poker face so I wasn't sure.
"What?" Mike asked
"Yeah, what happened?"I asked concerned
Hopper raised his eyebrows and slowly nodded "yeah...she needs you him right away" he said Making me nervous
"Is everything okay?" Mike asked him
"I don't think so" Hopper said shaking his head ".....it's your grandma" he said
Everything tensed up as Mike slid his shoes on and Hopper walked him to the car as I sat in my room worried sick for Mike

We walked to Hoppers car and I was asking one million questions
"Is she dead?!"
"No"
"Did she fall again?"
"No"
"Does she have cancer?"
"No"
"Then I don't understand what's wrong with my nana"
We got into the car and he slammed the doors
"Nothing! There's nothing wrong with nana!" He yelled at me
"Wwwwwhat?!" I asked confused
"But! There is something very wrong with this...thing between you and Y/N" he said laying back in his seat
"Ohhh you lying piece of shit!" I said turning to the car door but he locked it. I kept unlocking it but he would just like it again and again and again.
"You're crazy!" I yelled at him
"Crazy?" His eyes got wide as he stared at me "you wanna see real crazy? You disrespect me again" he said staring at me. Now I never took shit from anyone but in this moment.....I felt....scared...
"Okay? Here's what's gonna happen. I'm gonna drive you home..... and I'm gonna speak and you're going to listen.. and then maybe, maybe by the end of it, maybe if you're lucky, maybe, I will continue to allow you to date my daughter" he said in a soft tone and looked over at me, my face being full of confusion and surprise
"Nod it you understand" he said getting louder making me nod my head rapidly, he started the car and pressed on the gas making us go fast.
What the fuck am I gonna do now? Fuck. Just fuck
