It's been three months since the avengers betrayed tony's trust and also three months since Cap left him in the cold with a busted suit 'cause well steve drove his shield into his CHEST!! it makes you wonder if they were really friends. That's when he starts to wonder who he can trust, who his friends are, and who could actually care about him that when he became suicidal he had scars on his arms from when he cut himself.
"boss Mr.Wayne is calling want to answer,?" Friday asked
Tony had met Bruce Wayne in his college years at MIT he must have been all of 15 and Wayne 24 when they met.
"um sure Fri," the inventor said
(phone call)
"Hey Tony" Bruce greeted
"Hey rue what's up," Tony said
"Oh nothing I was about to ask if wanted to come to Gotham for the week and to make sure you didn't do something stupid to yourself" Wayne answer
"um yes to Gotham no to doing something stupid to myself" Tony replied
"great Alfred will pick you up at the airport in about three hours," the older billionaire said
"wait a minute you mean today I thought you meant tomorrow I still got to pack and other stuff," the younger billionaire said (a/n: tony's 20 he graduated 2 years before his class with 8 degrees under his belt)
"tony, please I know you already have a suitcase packed since you travel a lot," Wayne said
'true' he thought
"ok I'll see you then rue," Tony said
"Great see you then bye Edward" Bruce farewelled
"bye Thomas" tony hunged up
(end of the call)
the young billionaire sighed rubbed his hand against his head.
"um Friday call my pilot and tell him to get to the airport within 30 minutes and get the jet ready before I get there please," the genius said to the AI
'on it boss' the AI replied
"thank you, baby girl," Tony said
'Colonel Rhodes and Miss. Potts is, here, boss' Friday informed
"thank you, Friday tell them I'll be right up," the genius said
'right away boss' Friday said
Tony smiled he reached into his pocket and pulled out a wild card one of his things in all of existence is a wild card he says it's because the wild card does everything but really it's because he always wins in poker using that card. He got up and walked upstairs to greet his friends.
"Hey Pepper hey Rhodey" he greeted his friends with a smile
"Hey Tones how are you feeling" Tony rolled his eyes
"I'm fine platypus but um I'm going to be away for a week," the billionaire said
Both Pepper and Rhodey turned to each other then back to Tony
"where too Tony?" Pepper asked
"to see a friend don't worry nowhere to be concerned about perfectly safe now if will excuse I got to get my suitcase and get to the airport," he said leaving the room before anyone could say anything.
(1 minute later)
Tony came downstairs with a suitcase in one hand and a phone in the other.
"ok I'm out I'll see you guys next week," Tony said about to head out the door
"Tony wait" Pepper yelled
The young genius stopped and turned to the CEO of his company and his best friend since college
"what's up?" Tony asked
"Be careful ok kid," Rhodey said
"I will and don't call me kid maledetto inferno I'm 20 years old," The billionaire said walking out and headed to the garage and climbed into one of his many expensive cars.

it's about a 15-minutes drive down to the airport give or take depends on how fast you drive.
(12-minutes later let's just say he drove fast)
the jet was ready to take off by the time he got there when Tony got on the jet it took off as soon as he sat down the engineer took a deep breath in and exhaled.
"hot towel Mr. Stark?" The attendant asked flirtily
"sure and get me a glass of tequila," Tony said
"right away Mr. Stark" The attendant left
( 3 hours later)
When Tony plane landed he walked through the airport looking for Alfred when he didn't find him inside he went outside to see if he's there he didn't see him that's when a man came up to him.
"Tony Stark" man asked
"yes" the billionaire answered
"This was left for you," the man said handing it to Tony then turned and left
'Dear Master Anthony, I apologies that I wasn't able to pick you up from the airport something had come up but as you can see there are car keys that came with the note there is a car two cars down for you to drive to Wayne Manor, again I apologies I will see you when you get to the manor. Love Alfred.' Tony read to himself 'ok I live with that' Tony thought he walked down to where the car was he found it and got in pulled it out of the parking space, and started to drive.
after a couple of minutes of driving, Tony noticed a car following him so he tried to lose 'em but once turned down a road someone blocked him so he couldn't get out that way and the other car blocked him from backing out when someone exited the van with a machine gun the genius eyes widen a ducked just as the gun went off.
"Alright, Mr. Stark now that you got your warning, step out the car now before we shoot the car up" a muscular voice called out
'if I live through this I'm gonna kill Bruce' Tony thought as he opened the door and stepped out
"the great Tony Stark genius, billionaire, playboy, philanthropists, and Avenger" the man read from the tablet
"exavenger actually I retired" The engineer corrected
"your also good friends with Bruce Wayne who is a good friend of Batman," the man said
The young genius looked confused
"isn't the bat suppose to be dead," Tony said confused
That when he a bolt of electricity in his side and everything went black
