"Wakey, wakey sugar it's time to get up," the female said

When Tony opened his eyes he was blinded by the light above him so he turned his head only to see that he was tied down to a table.

"Who are you?" Tony asked

"I'm Harley Quinn nice ta meetcha and the is Mr. J or Joker," Harley said

'oh great kidnapped by two both insane and dangerous people in Gotham' Tony thought

"ok what do you want?" he asked

"well you see it's very simple we need you to make us some weapons" Joker explained

'absolutely not' he thought

"No," the younger man said

The two villains looked surprised for a second

"ok looks like we're doing this the hard way then," Joker said grabbing a belt and put it in Tony's mouth

"We wouldn't want you to break those perfect porcelain cap teeth when the juice hit your brain," Harley said as Joker connected two electric bolts to his head, Tony scream was muffled since the belt was still in his mouth

( In S.H.I.E.L.D secret base)

The Ex-Avengers, Spider-Man, T'Challa, Shuri, Bruce Banner, Thor, Pepper, and Rhodey were there in the debrief room with Nick and Batman.

"so I guess you all are wondering what you're doing here," Fury said

everybody nodded

"well it seems Mr. Stark is in trouble" Batman explained

"what has stark done now" Wanda glared

"He hasn't done anything he was actually kidnapped yesterday evening" Nick explained

"WHAT!" Rhodey, Pepper, and Spider-Man shouted standing up

"Why are we just now finding out about it" Shuri exclaimed

"I just got word myself as for Batman you got to ask when he got the information" Nick stepped back

"Why is he even involved, Fury" Rhodey glared at the dark knight

"He was in Gotham when he was taken" Batman explain

"As in the most dangerous city in the U.S," Clint interjected

The man in black nodded

"What was he doing there?" Dr.Banner asked

"he went to visiting his friend Bruce Wayne" The dark knight explained

Rhodey and Pepper sighed

"what do you want us to do," Steve asked

"there's nothing you can do but because Stark is gone the UN has decided that you are no longer fugitives thanks to Stark you are pardon, of course, he has been working on it for a while so welcome back I guess not that happy to say" Nick whispered the last part but Rhodey, Pepper, Spider-Man, and Shuri did

Fury and Batman left the group

"We get to come home," Steve said

"is that all you heard Rogers is that you get to come back" Dr. Banner exclaimed

"of course not I heard that Tony got kidnapped but Fury doesn't want us to do anything," Steve said

everyone that wasn't an Ex-Avenger sighed

"they're your problem again I feel sorry for you" T'Challa placed a hand on Rhodey's shoulder

'thank you' he mouthed
