I made the varsity team! I mean it was pretty easy, none of the girls were actually that good. Of course, Jalen made the team, I don't even know why he tried out.

Jalen and I were on our way to the mall to see if they had any basketball shoes. He wanted to order online but why not get out of the house. He just wants to stay home all day, cuddled up with me, its not a bad thing because I love my big baby. I just don't wanna be cooped up in the house all day.

"Where shall we go first" I said as I swinging Jalen's hands

"Babe, I wanted to just lay down and order some online. You figure it out" He said

"Lose the attitude" I said as I let go of his hand

I kept walking until I got to kids footlocker. I walked in and I saw some Kobe's. If you didn't know by now, he's my favorite player, whether he's retired or not. I asked one of the workers to get me a size 6. I tried it on, and it looked really good on my foot.

"Babe you like these?" I said as I was posing for Jalen

"Yeah those are cute" he said as he looked and then went back to his phone.

"Whatever" I whispered

I bought them and we left. I started walking out of the mall.

"Why are we leaving" he said as we walked out

"Jalen shut up bro. Just take me home" I said as we approached the car

"Alright" he said as we got in the car

He started driving and he asked

"What's wrong"

"Babe I just want you to take me home. I'm tired" I said

"Can I stay?" he asked

"Sure J" I said as I put music on

"Baby what's wrong" he looked at me while we were at a red light

"Go babe, its green" I said

"Tell me" he said as he looked back at the road

"Lets just talk when we get home, okay?" I said as I held his hand

He just nodded.

We got up to my room and I sat down.

"Have you noticed anything?" I asked him as he sat in my chair

"Like what" he asked

"Us always being with each other. I don't mind I promise you, but you just want to stay home all day. You never go out with your friends no more. Baby you know you don't have to be with me all the time, right? I love you want to spend time with me, but I don't want you to think that you can't be with your friends." I said as I grabbed his hands

"Yeah I noticed that. I guess I just want you to myself. I always wanna be with you. Whether we're out with my friends or not. I want you to stay in the picture." He said as he put his head down

"Babe I'm not gonna leave you." I said as I lifted his head up

"You have to focus on basketball. Remember when I told you I stalked you? I watched your highlights and everything. Babe you had a tournament every weekend. Now you're with me. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but I don't want to be a distraction. I don't want you lose that focus of what you're trying to achieve. I would love to go to all your tournaments." I said as we looked at each other
