A young girl walks on unfamiliar ground, confused as to where she is. She spots a cave in the near distance. As she enters she notices strange markings. She notices a marking of a swan. Something felt vaguely familiar about it. She reaches out to touch it. As her fingers touched the cold stone, she felt a jolt of shock and fear. She looked behind her to see that she was not alone. Her younger brother was behind her. He was looking at a carving of a phoenix His red hair glistened in the moonlight that lit the cave. "Rai? Where are we?" She wasn't sure she had the answer. Suddenly, a swan appeared behind her. She could no longer see her brother, just the swan. "Hello, Rai. I am Cygnus. I have chosen you to wield my blade. You and your brother shall become the strongest bladers in the world...
Rai awoke to a strange feeling. Instinctively, she looked next to her. In the place where her old, blue, unmarked Beyblade was, there was a beautiful new one. The Beyblade had a marking of a swan. She decided it would be called Fuze Cygnus. Little did she know, her younger brother, Kenta, also had the same experience.
