19- Date

Levi took my hand and lead me to a meadow full of flowers. It had a little picnic set up in the middle of it.

"I didn't know you could be cute Levi" I say laughing

"Yeah, yeah" he says sitting down

We both started talking about random things and we are some food that we had.

The sun had set so it was just us and the stars.

I started to get cold so I moved closer to Levi.

"Jeez your freezing" He says wrapping his jacket around me.

"Yeah, Sorry" i day

He pulls me close and I'm leaning against his side. I felt a gentle kiss on my cheek from Levi.

I lay down by him and look up at the stars. "Me and Historia used to do this all the time " I said

"Well you can do it with me to. Levi put some gentle music on and layed next to me, intertwining his hand with mine.

Levi's POV (bet ya weren't expecting that)

Some time passed and I began packing up the picnic stuff due to it getting late.

"Hey Levi could you pick up the-" I was cut off by him pecking my lips. "What was that for?" I ask

"No reason I just wanted to kiss you" he says

I put my hand on his cheek and gently rug his cheek with my thumb. "You are adorable sometimes and my heart will explode" I say

"Anyway can you collect the pillows for me?" I say folding the blankets

I didn't get a response from him. "Levi?" I say turning around to face him.

He had his hands in his pockets and he was looking down with a small smile on his face.

"Hey are you okay?" I ask him

He pulled me close. "I love you so much, you know that right?" he says

"Of course I do Levi, I love you too" I say back to him

"When I first met you, back in the underground saving your ass for stealing a blanket, I knew you were special. We met Farlan and Isabel together, I miss them like hell. But one thing I was happy about is that at least one of my bestfriends made it out" he starts

"Levi-"

"I don't know where I would be without you right now Hazel, we've been through so much together, all the arguments and disagreements. To when you scared me to death on the last expedition. Even if you left me in the future I would love you then." He says

"Levi why are you saying all of this?" I ask

"Because I don't want to lose you, not just death but relationship wise too" he says

"You know I won't leave you, besides who else will put up with your stubbornness" I laugh

"I guess that's true, you are my soul and my heart only beats for you" He says getting on one knee

WAIT-

"That's why I want to ask you to become my wife, we may have only been together as a pair for a year but I know we've loved eachother longer than that. So will you marry me Hazel Reiss or should I say Y/N L/N?" he says pulling out a box with a ring in it

I begin tearing up, this is so out of the ordinary for Levi to do this. I nod

"Of course I will" I say

He smiles and put the ring on my finger and quickly kissed me after. After pulling away we finished packing up the stuff and we headed back to headquarters.

We went to Levi's room.

I woke up in Levi's arms and remembered what happened. I smile and look at the ring.

This must have been expensive, he didn't need to buy one this pricy looking

"hmmm" I heard come from Levi as he moved

I look at him and start playing with his hair for a while until he woke up. Sadly it wasn't a day off so we had to go on duty.

I stand up going to grab my uniform that I left here a while ago and began changing.

I enter the room to see Levi getting frustrated over how his cravat wasn't looking the way he wanted it to.

"Here grumpy ass" I say adjusting it. Once I finished he grabbed my hand with the ring on it and kissed my hand. "Morning Mrs . Ackerman" he says

"We aren't married yet handsome but I guess I will have to get used to being called that" I say looking up to him

"You're stuck with me now" he says, I said that when we first started dating. Funny how he was trying to be funny

"We should head to the mess hall Captain." I say

He nods and we go to the mess hall and eat our breakfast.

"Morning!" Hanji yells

"Hey Hanji" I say drinking some coffee

She notices the ring

"About time you did that Levi" she says

"Shut it four eyes" he snaps. I laugh

"You will have a grumpy husband, know what you are getting yourself into Hazel" she says

"I knew what I was getiing into when I first started dating him Hanji" I say laughing.

I rest my head on Levi's shoulder as I finish my breakfast. He kisses my forehead and continues eating.

"Oh! by the way, we need some help with the cadets, they are getting more rebellious" Hanji says

"You are the commander, commander" I say

AWWWWW this chapter was cute. Don't worry I won't be mean and make something bad happen. But I think the next chapter or either the one after that will be the last ones of this story.
