A feeling of sorrow and compassion.

Who knew that the CEO of the most earning company would be stressed out just for this? She got everything, from the idols she wanted to work with they'd response dearly and would love to work with them.

But in this case it was different. It felt like she regret having the superstar that is Japan's pride and joy to this. Hospitalized and badly hurt, and she wanted to apologize for that.

"Yume," Mahiru tapped her. "The sun's already going out, I think it's best for us to leave." she told her.

Yume weakly smiled and nodded her head. Ako yawned and stretched out a bit, while Haruka was rubbing her eyes. Mahiru told her good-bye and the two did too and left her alone again.

But, it wasn't just Mayumi. Yume pitied her friends, and even him. Was everything just a dream? Or were they only covering for it for her to move on? But she still hasn't heard about anything about Idol Marriage going down, and there's definitely a chance that really didn't happen.

It was just a nightmare caused by your stress. She thought, and silently wished it was true.

After hours, morning came. Her room were filled with light that annoyed him to the point she woke up. She wasn't used to this so much sunlight, and now she definitely knows why Haruka wakes up early in the morning.

A nurse came by and checked up on her, seeing she'd already woken up.

"Goodmorning Nijino," she placed down a tray. "This is your congee, it's still hot. Also here's your medicine, it'll help you heal faster." She said.

Yume took the tray and placed it down her lap. "Thank you Nurse Park." she thanked.

The nurse—Sora Park smiled and left her room. Leaving her some space and quiet to eat her food and take her medicines. While doing so, she glanced up at the clock right above the television in her room.

It's 9 AM.

"I guess I should finish this." She mumbled to herself eating the served congee.

It was really delicious, who knew that hospital food was indeed that good, or maybe was it she's just hungry and haven't eaten anything yummy for a long time. Finishing her meal, she placed them to the table beside her bed and turned on the television to watch some news.

A knock on the door startled her, she let out a shriek before calming her self down. Maybe it's because of the medicine, it made her sleepy.

"Who is it?" She asked.

"May I come in?" The other person outside asked.

"Who is it?" Yume repeated.

But the person didn't reply instead went inside. Yume got shocked, she was acting rude at the CEO. She slightly bowed her head down to her, in which Mayumi panicked.

"Oh no no!" She went towards Yume and straightened her head. "It's fine, no need for formalities or even apologies." Mayumi explained.

Yume let out an 'oh'.

"I should be the one doing that anyway," Mayumi said.

The ombre haired girl got confused. "I'm sorry why is that CEO?"

"Just call me Mayumi." She told her.

"Oh okay, sorry Mayumi." Yume replied, but she was still confused. "I want to ask why are you saying your here to apologize?"

She tapped her chin. "As far as I know, you haven't done anything wrong."

Mayumi bit her lower lip, "Well you were hospitalized because of this work." she said. "It's my fault, because I'm supposed to check on how my clients are doing. I got surprised when I heard the news from your friend—Koharu was it? Yeah, her."

Yume stared to oblivion. "Wait, what actually happened before I fainted?" she questioned.

"You don't remember?" Mayumi asked her. But she only popped a no as her answer. "Well you were supposed to have the virtual wedding last last week, and before that week you were picking designs for your dress. From what Koharu told me, you wanted to get and eat something but you suddenly passed out along the way there."

Yume blinked, and blinked. Totally nothing was processed on her mind. What did she just hear?

"Wait what?" She randomly blurted out.

It made Mayumi laugh, in which she joined in too. Today, they're relationship were as like siblings, the older one obviously is Mayumi and her the younger one.

"Okay, okay." She calmed herself down. "So you're saying there was no wedding happening because of this?"

Mayumi nodded her head. "Exactly." she exclaimed.

"Well oh my yes!" Yume screamed, totally forgetting the fact that Mayumi was there. "Oh sorry, hehe. Got a little bit carried away."

"Ohoho~" Mayumi teased, wiggling her eyebrows. "It seems the Yume I met last few months ago in the meeting had become different."

"What—NO!" She denied.

"Look, you're being guilty!" Mayumi told her. "And besides, from your reaction earlier, I can tell you're into Subaru."

"Gee, what did I miss these past weeks?" Yume sarcastically remarked.

"Hm, probably Subaru watching over you." Mayumi hummed.

And just as what she expected, Yume's face reddened.

"HAHAHA! Gotcha!" Mayumi happily explained.

Yume pouted her lips, slightly disappointed. She turned to Mayumi with a sheepish smile, shyly asking her,

"Did she really, Mayumi?"

Mayumi smirked and stood up. Yes she was sitting of course. For the whole session there, she definitely forgot she was a CEO.

"Why don't you find out?" She said.

"EHHH?!"

Yup, totally busted.

yeah, I decided to add some deeper relationship between her and the CEO. Why? It's already explained there. And further more, she won't be appearing frequently so yeah.

And sklmbaknaaiab I don't know why I'm still awake at this hour.
