Special Chapter 1

okay since I'm having a writers block I'm giving you this special Chapter instead. I have this laying around my Microsoft word for a while now so lol.

"Slytherin!"

The sorting hat proudly declared. There were loud gasps escaping from everyone's mouth, eyes wide as an owl's as they did not expect her to be in that house.

The ombre haired girl slowly rose up from the seat and made her way towards the table where her other Slytherin house mates sat. They welcomed her with a hesitated smile, not sure if it was truly the right decision for the sorting hat to put her there.

She was a bright and bubbly girl, yes she was a pureblood but everyone thought of her going to Hufflepuff or Gryffindor. Her traits match those houses, and never in a million years people thought she'd go in there.

Maybe it was because of her blood.

"Let the feast begin!" Dumbledore exclaimed and foods were appearing in their table. He sat once again and began to eat too.

Yume looked around her as she picked up food she's going to eat, she saw a girl with purple hair and gold streaks in it tied up in a high ponytail.

"Oh, are you alright?" The girl asked. "Are you sick or anything?"

Yume brushed off her thoughts and shook her head, sheepishly smiling to her. "No thanks, I'm good."

"I'm Slytherin's Prefect, Tsubasa." she introduced herself. "You're Yume Nijino, correct?"

"Yes... It's nice to meet you." Yume said.

"Me too," she smiled. "Now go eat, we have been traveling on train for two days now."

At least she made one friend.

The morning came, and she rose up quickly on her feet. Yume wore her uniform that was given to them last night, and also her robe on top of it, with the Slytherin house crest sewed in the right chest area.

"Hey, I'm going to eat breakfast." A voice called to her, Yume turned to her direction. "I'm Ako Saotome, I'm only doing this for Tsubasa's sake." she said.

Well at least someone's looking out for me. Yume thought to herself, "I'm Yume Nijino, I assume you already know me right?"

Ako flipped her hair. "Of course, you already made the achievement of being the talk of the school here." she said. "Now if you don't want to be late for our first class, I suggest we head down there right now."

"If you say so." Yume sighed and closed the door behind her.

Few months passed by on them being first years, it went completely fine to Yume. She felt comfortable over the months and the people around her definitely were accepting now that she showed them who she can be, even if she was in that house. 

And today was a special day, it was a Quidditch match against Gryffindor, and it was the most awaited one of all times. What can you say? Both houses were competitive, not to mention Slytherin's trait of being ambitious. Since Yume had been very close friends with their prefect, Tsubasa, she decided to pay a visit on their locker room before the match starts.
