And after going back over and over to the start of the argument, I have to say it:
CONNIE WAS STILL A BITCH.
So now that I've actually suffered through this episode again and still found no LEGIT reason for why she not only acted like a brat who didn't get her way, but didn't even apologize to Steven(who only wanted to make things right and had a breakdown over this girl), I can finally say that she's a brat without any issue.
