Backstory: Colter was born on Hellas in 2535, the young boy would lose his parents to the Sanghelli Silent Shadow and his world would be glassed. Colter would be forcefully conscripted into the Spartan III program by O.N.I. With his rage of O.N.I and the Silent Shadow fueling him along with his unique genes, would be selected into the CAT-II Spartan IIIs. He would receive Spartan II level augmentations and better training. Many of his missions were covered in black ink and highly suicidal but he return from each with flying colors. Eventually he would become a Headhunter and be gifted the rank of lieutenant, in hopes of eliminating every Silent Shadow operative possible. Near the end of the war, he would receive his own MJOLNIR armor and be transferred to Reach. While his brothers and sisters died on the stronghold world, Colter managed to escape and return to Earth. From there he would, instead, just received upgrades to his current MJOLNIR armor and operate in the defense of Earth. In the post war Colter did black ops missions for the U.N.S.C Infinity before he was selected for a special space fighter experiment by O.N.I, which went wrong. Luckily, Colter survived and was given a custom A.I by Dr. Halsey, made from a cloned brain of the dead CAT II Spartan III headhunter: Amber B-331. However, SABER prototype was no experiment. Because of Colter's hatred towards O.N.I since his forced conscription, refusing to go on any missions for the office after Reach. The fighter was their way to kill him, luckily which failed.
