"I want to enter! It's rubish you know. The so called 'rules'."

"Yes Fredrick I know." Honora said not looking up from her book. She'd practically been hearing Fred and George complain non stop about age limit for the tournament. So much so, that they both thought it was a smart idea to use an aging potion. To Honora's amusement though, they wound up in the hospital wing as a result. When she went to visit them she could barely stop laughing as they practically looked like Dumbledore himself.

"Why do you have to be passive?"

"I'm not being passive. . There's no way I'd let you enter, even if you were old enough. It's dangerous."

"You let Diggory enter."

"I didn't let him. We met after he entered. Plus if he got in I wouldn't worry about him."

"But you'd worry about me? That's sweet."

"Yes, cause you're a bloody git and get yourself killed."

Fred frowned to himself and looked towards the front of the hall to the Goblet which still burned a bright blue.

"Are you going to the ceremony today?"

"Yes of course, it's at dinner."

"Well you've been skipping dinner at least four times a week. . to be with Diggo-"

"I have not been skipping dinner!– I've just been having it elsewhere. We're friends first of all and quite frankly there's very little people in this school who can see past a surname–Anyways, are you going to tell me where George is–?"

It was true, Honora skipped just about every meal to hang out with Cedric. Of course her fellow Gryffindors had made an effort to be friends with her and she was now friends with Hermione, Katie, the twins, Ginny, Harry and Ron, but she found Cedrics company to be comforting. They got along more than she expected to and it felt easy to be friends with him. Many had asked her their status, but she was adamant that they were just friends in. They flirted, sure–but she thought it was play like how her and the twins did sometimes.

She hadn't thought twice about that possibility–even when he asked her out–until Cho Chang, a Ravenclaw from her year asked her the same. When she said they were only friends and Cho started to flirt with Cedric, and he seemed to do the same, that's when Honora felt a pang of jealousy in her stomach. It didn't help that she already found Cho a bit annoying, she'd whine about anything to just about anyone who'd listen. Ever since she always changed the subject when Cedric was brought into conversation.
