Today is the day I was going in to try out for the part of Addison in the new upcoming horror movie the turning I've never acted in a movie only in school plays.

Here's the background of me well first my name is y/n y/l/n, I'm 17 years old, my birthday is September 27 and I like to write music, also I skateboard and like to read and write, and act I've always wanted to become an actress always wanted to be ever since I first laid my eyes on a tv

I'm currently getting ready to go to give my audition

I also put on some light makeup if you don't like makeup then you don't have to :)

"Y/n are you ready" my mom called me from downstairs "yeah I'll be right down" I then put on some chapstick and then heading downstairs "you ready kiddo" "ready than I could ever be"

Time skip to the audition studio

"Honey I'll be waiting in the car okay" "okay" I then opened the car door and then headed to the double doors and walked up to the lady at the front desk "uh hello I'm supposed to be auditioning for the role of Addison," I said to the lady who's name was Jane according to her name tag "and your name is" "oh uh y/n" "ah found you," she said handing you a ticket with the number 73 written on it "just go down that hall and sit at those chairs and wait for your number to be called," she said with a kind smile "thank you," I said giving back a smile

I walked down the halls the closer I got to the chairs the more nervous I got I knew that any of those girls could get the part and that girl could not be me or it could be I sat down in a chair next to a girl I sat there and watched as a girl would come out and then another girl go in number 69 (😏) at this point I was getting super anxious and my leg was bouncing up and down

Number 70 was called the 71,72 god I felt like I was going to vomit I was so scared what if they hate me at this moment I wish my mom had come in with me "Number 73" the lady at the door called out I stood up and walked over to the door "y/n" "uh yes that would be me" "okay great" then she lead me to where I was supposed to stand "hello who are you" the director who's name was Floria Sigismondi according to the little paper that said her name on it
"Oh I'm y/n,y/n y/l/n" "okay y/n who are you auditioning for" "uh for the role of Addison" "okay start whenever you want to"

I then started and began to cry and scream and saying "leave me alone" and "go away" then I finished she started clapping for me "you did a fantastic job, we'll let you know what is going to happen and send you an email in about a week or two" "okay thank you, have a nice day" I said heading out the doors and down the hall, I was looking down at my phone texting my mom I was heading out not until I ran into someone "oh fuck I'm sorry" I said looking up at the person "Calpurnia" I said to the boy "huh" he replied back "oh uh aren't you in that band Calpurnia "oh hahaha yea that's me" "oh cool I really like your music never even knew you acted......or is this your first time acting" "oh no I've been in other movies" "oh cool, oh I'm y/n" I said extending my hand out to him "finn" he said taking my hand and shaking it "cool, well I got to go now see ya" "bye" he said heading in the direction I just came from

A/n so this is a short chapter but I just wanted to get the audition part the next chapter is when you find out if you got the part or not and the songs that I'm adding to the chapters are just the songs I was listening while writing the chapter <3
